The 115m² holiday home (on two floors) called Tetrofor is located in Saint Palais Sur mer, rue des violettes, 4 km from the centre and the beach of Le Bureau. The house is classified 4*. This typical Charentaise, full of charm, bears this name in homage to its owner who was a great bridge player.

This easy-going house is ideal for recharging your batteries thanks to the calm that surrounds it in all seasons and can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms) with all the necessary modern comforts (3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets).
The entrance is from the outside of the house where it is possible to sunbathe and/or eat. This space measures approximately 80m².

From the entrance, on the left, is a first bedroom (about 13m²) equipped with a 140 cm bed, a television, a bathtub and a separate private toilet.

Back in the living space, you have a warm space (the living room) to relax. A fully equipped modern open kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, tea pot, toaster...).
Then the dining room allows you to sit comfortably around a table to eat.
An independent laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs are 2 further spacious bedrooms, each opposite the floor.
They are both equipped with:
- a bed in 160,
- a shower room
- and a separate toilet.
One of these bedrooms measures approximately 17m² and the other approximately 12m² and has a TV.
In between, a lounge and office area with a TV offers a moment of work and/or relaxation.

The house has high-speed fibre wifi and a water softener for optimal comfort for the toilet and water to consume.

A cot and a high chair are available for babies.
Board games and books are available for all ages.
Duvets and pillows available.

Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as beds made.
Pets are not allowed.

The golf course and the equestrian club as well as the shops and beaches of Saint Palais sur mer are 5 minutes away by car.

DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST THE RENTAL IS FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK i.e. 7 nights, the rest of the year the minimum is 4 nights.
