A comfortable beachfront home set in a security-gated neighborhood with central air condition. Decorated with island style rattan furnishings, ceiling fans throughout the house, cool white tile, granite counters and wooden flooring. There is a well stocked kitchen with beautiful granite accents. Walk out your back yard to the sandy beaches of Kailua. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The fenced-in yard and beach side lanai area make this home great for family entertaining.

Kailua beach is reef protected and offers excellent swimming, wind surfing and kayaking year round. The small town charm of Kailua has unique shops, boutiques and great restaurants. Just 25 minutes to Waikiki.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please call or e-mail for seasonal rates. Monthly rates $27,000-$30,000 plus taxes 18.712% and cleaning.

Everything about this home is more than perfect. It is huge. It is private. It is comfortable. It is beautifully furnished with furnishings and anything you could ever want in the kitchen. The view to the ocean is unsurpassed. We were greeted in person by the lady who manages the home not by a lot box. She showed us everything and left a lovely gift basket of Hawaiian goodies. She was available every minute of the day to help with any question we had. This house is absolutely perfect.

Great Location and Service

Eva was one of the nicest people I've worked with. Checked in via text, left us a nice welcoming package, and was very accommodative. Location is right on the beach with a short (20 feet walk) private access to the beach.

Perfect beach house

Fantastic location on the beach in Kailua! House was very well equipt for a large family at the beach including sand toys, boogy boards, beach chairs, and towels. Good layout for a large group. The property mangers were excellent going above and beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Vacation

We had an amazing beach in this very lovely beachfront home in Kailua. The house was perfect for our group of 6(2 grandparents, 2 teens and parents). It is steps away from the beach with chairs, boogie boards and everything you need for a secluded, relaxing vacation. The town is 10min away by car and the local restaurants/shops are easily accessible. I can't wait to visit again! Thanks so much to Eva for making sure that everything was perfect-including the weather!! :)

This is the best home in the Hawaiian Islands!!!

I've stayed here and visited all of the islands many times over the past few years. It is truly a sea castle. Right on the beach front, located in a private community, away from the crowds of Waikiki. It's like having your own private beach! Plenty of surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, boogie boarding for all the family. Kailua town is perfect with plenty of great restaurants and small boutiques for shopping! Nearby Lanikai beach is perfect for kayaking and watching sea turtles feed on the limu (seaweed) on the coral. This is as close to paradise as you can get!

Perfect family beach house

Our extended family (grandparent, kids and grandkids) spent a wonderful 9 days at this great oceanfront beach house. The layout of the house worked out great for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. Good air flow. Never used air conditioner. Eva was attentive from easy check-in to check-out. Very accommodating. The kitchen and the whole house)had all the supplies one would want. There were enough beach chairs and boogie boards for all of us. Even sand toys for the littles. We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

A Paradise in Paradise!

Wow! Words just aren't adequate to say how much my family and I LOVED Kakela Kai. Being right on the beach is the best. I have been coming to Kailua for years and this house is the best. All of the rooms are so nicely decorated, there are plenty of bath towels and beach towels, and we loved the outside hose to hose down when we came back from the numerous beach walks. The house is also down a quiet street in a gated community so there is no sound except for the waves! Kailua town is wonderful for eating out if you don't want to cook. Hey, it's vacation! We loved being on the windward side away from Waikiki and the drive to the North Shore is a nice easy lazy drive with lots of places to stop and eat, beach, or take pictures. The manager is so accessible if there is anything wrong or missing. Booking was easy and check-in and check-out was so easy. I highly recommend this house! I will be back.

Steps to beautiful sandy beach!

This property is a fabulous beachfront home just steps away from the spectacular sandy beach. The home accommodated our group of 10 with ease and was well equipped for our week long stay. We would love to come back next year to this wonderful home. The management was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Best beach house ever!!!

Best vacation ever!!!! My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home that is right on the beach in a quite gated community in Kailua. Every room is nicely decorated and has central A/C a most on those muggy days. It has everything you can possible need from towels and toys to a well equipped kitchen. Kailua is a wonderful little town with great restaurants and shopping. The management team was great through the whole process of booking, and checking in and out. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely rent this home again. Aloha!
