Tropical Trade Winds and Unsurpassed Views are from our Beach Front Home. Opens up for full enjoyment of Hawaii's Climate. Our rap-around Lanai overlooks the beautiful beach, Kailua Bay, and Offshore Islands.

Kailua is a small upscale town with excellent retail stores. Whole Foods is six blocks from home, and three other supermarkets are only a few blocks further. Everything is available and at your fingertips.

Our BEACHFRONT home was designed to provide you with a perfect retreat. You will be as close to the beach as a home can be.

The beach of Kailua is renowned for its fine white sand, blue-green waters, and safety. It is not crowded and has a pleasant neighborhood feel.

Our four-bed/3.5-bath home gives plenty of space. Upstairs/downstairs and corner bedrooms offer privacy when needed. The 1300 sq ft wrap-around lanai gives everyone the feeling of participating in the adventures, whether watching and yelling encouragement or showing off newly learned water skills.
Our house has everything you need except groceries. Our casual feeling will make you feel right at home. The Hawaiian-style furnishing and island feel have made our home recommended by some true Hawaiian leaders as the best Hawaiian home available.

A garage FULL of BEACH TOYS, YARD TOYS, BBQ, TEAK LOUNGERS, ROCKERS, & TABLES will ensure you never have a dull moment. The Large Yard allows for plenty of play as well as relaxation.

Kailua is a charming town with many delicious restaurants and shopping for everyone. You can get all the essentials and find unique items to take home as moments of your Hawaiian vacation.

Getting to attractions such as PEARL HARBOR, the NORTH SHORE, and HANAUMA BAY is very simple.

The House: Our home has two master bedrooms, one on the ground level and one master of the 3 Upstairs Bedrooms. Total 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms Upstairs and 1 Bedroom on the Lower Level.

The Upper Primary Suite has a king bed, a full bathroom, and private access to the Lanai.
The Garden Bedroom has a queen bed and tranquil mountain views.
2 Koa Wood Twin Beds furnish the Koa Bedroom with great views of the beach and yard.

A Large Living Room opens onto the Lanai overlooking the ocean and wrapping around three sides of the house, providing views of the beach, the yard, and the mountains. Comfortable couches allow for maximum relaxation while taking in the views of watching a DVD on the flat-screen TV. The dining table is perfect for gathering around for dinner conversation.

Downstairs is a Semi-Private Suite with a Partial Kitchen, Full Bathroom, and a Private Half Bathroom.

The Lower Living area features a galley-style service kitchen that opens to a dining area, sitting room, and full bath.

The lower common areas lead one DIRECTLY into the large and beautifully landscaped lawn.

The Property: The entire home was designed to be an accurate representation of Hawaii.

Plantation-style architecture celebrates Hawaii's heritage of sugar and pineapple plantations; workers and landowners on the plantations would live in homes stylistically similar to ours.

The interior décor of our home reflects this tradition while providing modern convenience and comfort. Our furnishings are made of wood, Koa, Bamboo, and Rattan, all traditionally found on the islands. We strive to keep the feel of Hawaii throughout the house with tastefully chosen accessories.

Extras: EVERYTHING for your beach vacation is provided with our home: beach towels, chairs, BBQ grill, loads of beach toys, boogie boards, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.
*The sounds and views of the beach, ocean, and surf are always within range.*

Rates and fees are subject to change.
The property will be exclusively available to the renter for a total of 30 days, and no one else may occupy it during that period, even if you leave early. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period. Ask about possible longer-term discounts. Hawaii GET TAT and OTAT are charged.

On our first visit to Hawaii we knew we had found Paradise. Within 4 months, after searching all the islands, we purchased this Beach Front home. We were extremely lucky to find this home and this location. The house has 100 feet of beachfront and sits 42 feet back from the beachfront. Access to the 3 mile sand beach is across our manicured yard by a beach access on either side of our yard. The location also is directly into Kailua Beach, not neighborhoods to drive through or road changes to make. We are just 5 blocks from the center of Kailua Town, Whole Foods, and many restaurants, yet so private you can spend your vacation here without seeing or hearing a car or any street noise. Kailua Beach and our home are such beautiful places we cannot keep them only for ourselves. We enjoy sharing this wonderful bit of Hawaii and it is fun making new friends from around the world.

We strive to make our home reflect all that is beautiful and pleasant about Hawaii. We want our guests to have an easy and memorable vacation. We think the magic of visiting Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu is the best possible choice for a holiday. Live in a home that arguably has the best location and views in Hawaii. The drive over the Pali Highway or H-3 is magical. The charms and comforts of Kailua town are endearing. (Funny.....we live in Kailua "Town," but when you go to "town" in Hawaii, you are going to Honolulu.) There are many small, colorful shops but all the amenities of a big town. The restaurants are delicious, and you can enjoy different cuisines every night. No need to choose a favorite. Need we mention the amazing beach literally at the front door? Kailua Beach is ranked as one of the world's premier beaches and Hawaii's safest. Its 3 miles of pristine white sands and blue waters are best viewed from our home.

Possibly the best beach access, the best beach, the best-accessorized home, in the best town in Hawaii. We offer A Taste Of Hawaii----Last summer, we hosted a family who was recommended to our home by a 'Hawaiian Kahuna' friend because 'this is the house that best represents what he wanted his vacationing friends to experience in Hawaii'.

We comply with the City and County of Honolulu laws with a 30-day rental period for our home. Honolulu Ordinance 22-7, "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied."
