Haus anderweitig vergeben !

Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft schon anderweitig vergeben, obwohl wir das Haus 6 Monaten vorab gebucht und voll bezahlt haben. Wir können den Vermieter leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Das Haus können wir nicht bewerten, da wir uns eine andere Unterkunft auf die Schnelle suchen mussten.

Bonjour, étant de la région Nantaise nous traitons avec une conciergerie sur place qui s'occupe de tout, ménages, remises des clefs, état des lieux et qui prends aussi des réservations. Malheureusement cette conciergerie à commis une grosse erreur à cause d'une défaillance de logiciel et la maison était déjà occupée par d'autres vacanciers qui avaient réservés en direct avec eux. Ma femme et moi nous avons été totalement bouleversés par cette situation mais nous n'avons rien pu faire de plus que de nous excusez mille fois et de rembourser évidemment les locataires. Abritel s'est chargé de les reloger. Encore une fois nous nous excusons auprès de ces personnes. Suite à ce problème nous avons renvoyer la conciergerie... Nous traitons maintenant les réservations nous même et nous avons une personne qui s'occupe du reste, qui habite à coté et qui est très sérieuse

Les vacances dans un endroit divin

L'emplacement est excellent, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage qui est très propre. L'environnement est très calme. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. La maison est très belle, spacieuse, parfaite pour quatre personnes. Les lits sont confortables. En cas de petit problème, on peut toujours contacter les propriétaires ou le concierge qui est très attentif et réactif. La seule remarque que nous aimerions faire est l'absence de Wi-Fi. Vous devez donc utiliser votre réseau mobile pour l'internet. Cela nous convenait car nous avions des téléphones portables français, mais cela peut être coûteux pour les clients d'autres pays, surtout s'ils ne viennent pas de l'UE (la Suisse, par exemple). Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous serions heureux d'y retourner.
