Where is Beautiful apartment near the Eiffel Tower located?
A great flat well located in Paris - was really beautiful and the host was lovely. A good meet and greet welcome and fabulous communication. Thanks for the stay
Clara and Eva, the owners, are the best. They left us fruit, nuts, and a very nice Bordeaux. The place was clean and very well situated on the right bank, a 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower in the 16th arrondisement. Rue de Passy has all the high-end shops and many good restaurants. Eva pointed out a market that is right around the corner and open Tuesdays and Fridays that is just fabulous.
A nice stay close to the Metro and Eiffel Tower. A couple of small grocery stores, and restaurants within a block. Very quite building, you can hear a pin drop in the court yard.
There is a room with a shower/ tub, and sink. Than there is another room with a toilet farther away next to the kitchen and dinning room. Do not expect privacy on the toilet.
A coupe of small issues, Door handles in the rooms keep falling off, and no tools to fix them, showing their age. Had my 6 year old stuck in the bathroom, and my 16 year old stuck in the bedroom in the middle of the night.
The apartment has no number, without the utube video, would not have found it. You have to walk thru the first building to get to the back building, third floor, there are 2 doors, which one? To bad I had to watch the video again after finding the building, on roaming charges, with a weak signal. Could have had a small brochure with the guy at the corner store with the keys.

Perfect fit
The apartment is sweet, and with lots of Parisian charm (ah, the old elevator! the windows, wall molding, wood floors, etc.). The host's mom waited (so long) to help us in (I couldn't figure out the intercom), and showed us around the flat. They had left a few snacks in the frigo (Note: no freezer, for you ice-loving peeps) as well as a delicious bottle of wine. Convenient to several shops. We used the 72 bus and the Ranelagh metro stop the most.
We were three -- a grandmother and two teenage grandchildren, so the number of beds (one double, two singles) worked well.
Two things to point out: 1)There is construction going on in both courtyards (all the windows face a courtyard), which was a bit unnerving (a guy popped up a ladder just outside the kitchen window as I stood at the sink facing it!) but not very loud, and not before 8 am😉. and 2), for US folk, in France a bathroom doesn't necessarily have a toilet , so I was mistaken (teenagers in mind) in thinking 1+1/2 baths = 2 toilets. Non. There is a nice little bathroom with a tub (very high sides, btw, French style) and a WC in the hall. Nevertheless, it worked out fine for us. My first time "hanging out" in the 16th, so that was a bonus. Yes, I'd rebook here. Thanks, Eva and Clara.
