We are just 250 meters away from the beach. The gated community has private entrances to the beach. Enjoy a amazing white sand and a blue ocean just a few steps from the villa.

The well known Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue is just 10 minutes away walking. It begins next to the entrance of our gated community.

Misleading

The description and photos of this property are very misleading. The place was dirty, inside and out. Broken cabinets. The showers were dirty. Juan Téllez ghosted me and stopped responding to my messages. The house is for sale which tells me that they have very little interest in keeping up with the house. A lot of patch work done to the interior. Animals were living in the roof and kept everyone up that was staying in the upper floors.
