Pet friendly studio on the Deschutes with balcony!

Summary:

This ground-floor studio overlooks the Deschutes River on the outskirts of downtown Bend and has a private patio on the edge of a cliff above the river. This studio sleeps four in a queen bed and pullout couch. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, apartment-size oven and stove top. The property features an indoor pool and hot tub, so don't forget to pack those swimsuits! This condo is also pet friendly! Bring up to 2 pets for an additional fee.



The Space:

"River of the Falls" is on the ground floor and sleeps up to four guests.  There is seating provided on the balcony for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the river. The full kitchen offers a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, apartment-size oven/stove with all dishes and utensils provided. There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights.



Our property is in the perfect area right between Pioneer Park, which has plenty of paths for walking and benches to enjoy the scenery, and the Deschutes River, so you'll have a beautiful view of the water from your unit!   We are also a short 15-minute walk to the downtown area, which offers plenty of dinning and shopping.



Reservations made in this unit also include access to our onsite laundry facilities, as well as the pool and hot tub (open 9am-10pm) daily. We hope to see you in this perfect studio soon!



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Wonderful Stay

The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Amazing view of the river and walking distance to downtown was perfect. We had our dog with us so it was nice to be right next to the river walk trails.

A little get away to visit family.

This place is located in a perfect spot in Bend. The patio overlooks the Deschutes river and we would have our coffee in the morning and relax in the evening listening to the beautiful river. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This was a great, quiet location to stay for a few days. Walking distance to everywhere, and a very simple and clean set up. Hosts were super quick to respond when we needed them, and were accommodating of our dogs as well. We would stay here again!

Great property in Bend

The unit was clean and served our needs for a long weekend in Bend. The property was great for our dog and kiddo to spread out. The sound from other units was minimal and the location was great, very walkable. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is really nice. You can walk down to the river walk and easily into downtown where there are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The decor is fine, but different from what appeared in the photos. My two suggestions are to replace the mattress which offers little support and put at least one lamp by the bed; otherwise you have to use the florescent lights in the kitchen which are too bright at night.

Perfect Getaway in Bend!

I recently stayed at this fantastic rental in Bend, and it was everything I hoped for and more! The size of the property was perfect, providing ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better – walking distance to a beautiful park, downtown Bend and a stunning view of the river. River walks

We’ve been using VRBO for several years and this might be our favorite! View of the river proximity to downtown and all the breweries better than expected. To be able to walk the river every morning was the best.

By the water

Perfect place on the Deschutes for us and our dog. Easy access, great explanation, fully equipped and there’s a designated area for pets next to the building. The only thing is the carpet has stains but that did not deter us. Great place!

Nice place

The place is as advertised. It's small, but we expected that. It was clean, the location is ideal. The pool and hot tub are older but nice. The only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable and the mattress pad didn't cover the whole mattress. Otherwise, it's a really nice place.

Heat wave

Thank goodness for air conditioning. Temps in Bend were 105°. Condo has great location. Loved being able to walk to town and along the river. A little more detail to cleaning and I would give it 5 stars.

Bend River View

The studio was as expected. Clean with sufficient amenities. The only problem we encountered was the bed. It was very soft. I would have preferred nicer sheets as well. Other than that we would recommend for a short stay!

Location and river view were great! There was no storage for guest clothing or anything besides a shoe rack in the closet. Drawers, closets, and cupboards were full of the owner's items - mostly for winter, even jumper cables. The floors were covered with dog hair. We do not have a pet. Bathroom floor and baseboard - dirty. We stayed in a different unt in the past and it was perfect.

Beautiful view of the river from back porch! Ice available? Everything very clean except the carpet—very stained. Comfy bed. Clean linens and fluffy towels! It would have been nice to have had more printed info about laundry area, pool, directions for accessing the river walk, info about Bend. We so enjoyed having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the back porch!

Weekend in Bend

Perfect location, walkable to downtown, and on the river. It was so nice to sit out on the patio and listen to the water during downtime. The carpet did have stains, and a small area by the kitchen that was frayed. Otherwise, it was clean and had everything I needed. I would return and stay here again.
