Quiet home in prime location between Boulder and Denver. Tenants have a private entrance to the suite which is clean and stylish. Lots of natural light and huge shared backyard nestled in a residential neighborhood.
Bright, open living room with Smart TV and Blu-ray. Full kitchen with island and adjacent work space table.

Master bedroom has large walk in closet and queen size bed. Second bedroom sleeps two with a twin trundle bed. Bathroom has a two sink vanity with separate toilet and shower area.
Property is adjacent to a beautiful pond with wildlife, parks, open space, walking and biking trails with mountain view backdrop. Walk to restaurants, cafes, coffee shop, grocery store, and more.
You can enjoy The Bay Aquatic Park and Broomfield Community Center just across the pond.
Outdoor living space has large covered patio with bright, comfortable furniture, grill, fire-pit area and fenced yard. A pergola provides a perfect place to nestle in with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee. Pleasant stay

The hospitable apartment with a garden in front made for an enjoyable stay. Shopping and other amenities are close by and handy. Owners took good care of us and the place was very well equipped. Loving Denver and Boulder CO.

The property was exceptional and true to its description. Proximity to everything, Avalanche games, excellent dining and golf. Yes 13 rounds of golf in February and March. Our hosts were available and friendly.We were welcomed with cookies, chocolate and wine, and needless to say, we truly felt at home.

Great home away from home.

-3 month stay -Owners did a wonderful job of creating a space that felt like my own. From the gated side entrance to the backyard and front door of rental, the area was very private. -The backyard-covered patio area was a great place to have dinner, study, enjoy the outdoors. -Inside the place is very open, clean and the decor just right (not too much, but enough to feel like a home vs rental). -The trails around the neighborhood are so convenient so take advantage of them. It was important for me to have a place that felt safe to stroll on bike/jog and this was perfect.

This home is located in an established quiet neighborhood with mature trees and a huge shared backyard. Property is between Denver and Boulder and close to I25 and Highway 36 for easy commutes to the metro area.
