Appartement généralement propre et très très bien situé, proche de les plage et des commerces. Seul bémol à la salle de bains qui se trouve entre les deux chambres du bas, un peu ennuyeux pour les occupants du haut qui sont obligés de passer par l'une des deux chambres pour y accéder. Pas de balcon ou terrasse. Mais très bel appartement.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement spacieux, aménagé et décoré avec goût, tout près des plages et du centre du village. Un petit bémol en raison de la canicule pendant notre séjour : il a fait très chaud en mezzanine. Ça n’a pas trop gêné les enfants, qui ont adoré avoir un étage rien que pour eux !

Bonne localisation

L appartement est très bien situé et permet de tout faire à pieds (accès mer et commerces) en 5 minutes à peine. Facilité pour se garer dans les rues avoisinantes. L'appartement est spacieux et les enfants ont apprécié la mezzanine. Nous avons en revanche été déçu par l entretien général de l'appartement (1 partie de la barrière des escaliers n est plus bien fixée, cable électrique dénudé sur le sol, moustiquaire coincée dans une chambre, ou encore le manque de ménage visible notamment dans la cuisine ce qui nous a obligé à faire un brin de ménage a notre arrivée).

Superbe appartement dans un emplacement central

L'appartement d'Arnaud est joliment et pratiquement meublé (enfin un appartement de vacances avec de bons couteaux de cuisine bien aiguisés). L'emplacement est parfait - vous pouvez faire vos courses à pied ou vous promener spontanément autour du stand le soir. Nous pouvons certainement recommander l'appartement. Notre conseil : insonoriser le tuyau de ventilation de la chambre du haut. Cordialement

vacances aux ste marie de la mer

Appartement idéalement situé, à 5 mn à pieds de la plage et très près du centre ville. la mezzanine avec son coin télé, salle de jeux et sa chambre avec 2 lits en 140 à fait le bonheur des enfants. toutes les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs et les fenêtres de moustiquaires, c'est un vrai plus. De plus la rue est très calme ce qui ne gâte rien
