APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH IN SAN CIPRIANU
T2 apartment with a small terrace near the bay of San Ciprianu.
Quietly located in a private and wooded Residence Hotel 2km from the beach and all the shops of the village of Saint Cyprien. (3 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes on foot).
Porto-Vecchio and all its shops are 8kms away. Ideal for 2 to 3 people maximum and pets are not allowed.
This air-conditioned apartment on the ground floor + 2 is composed of a bedroom with a large double bed (140X200), a bathroom + toilet and walk-in shower, a fitted kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (120X180), a small private terrace, comfortable garden furniture, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, baby bed, TV, WIFI, etc... The Residence has 3 swimming pools including a heated pool, a restaurant, as well as a private car park...
A deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking, then a deposit of 500 Euros as well as the balance at the time of handing over the keys.
Rates depending on low or high season.
Tourist taxes included.
At your disposal for more information and photos.

Appartement tout confort à 7mn en voiture de la plage.
Séjour parfait, appartement calme, avec tout le confort, piscine dans la résidence, parking. Fred est un hôte attentif qui nous a donné toutes les infos pour trouver l’appartement.

Petit logement qui est largement suffisant pour un couple avec bébé / enfant en bas âges. Logement très propre.
Fred est très agréable, arrangeant et à su se montrer disponible et réactif lors de nos échanges par messages.
Résidence au top avec en petit plus, les piscines et le bar / restaurant au sein de la résidence.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande 🙂
