great view lovely weather

walking for groceries was challenging especially the last hike up to the condo. We are lucky we are experienced walkers doing minimum 50 minutes each outing, not bad for our age (quite elderly) Was not a fan of walking that close to fast traffic on the highway though. Great for anyone who has a car

Thank you for choosing our unit Gordon. The community is definetely not for everyone, given the uphill walk to get there, sidewalk can be frightening for some as well. Trade offs for the amazing ocean and sunrise view we got.
