Ready for your own little "R 9 Beach House" get-A-way! This newly remodeled BEACH FRONT 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. This precious property offers a quick beach access, views of the beach from the front decks and views from the bay & intracoastal waterway from the bay side deck. Enjoy the sunrise on one side of the house with coffee or tea, and the sunset on the other side with some spirits and a cozy dinner. Starting and ending your day with a view like that, what more can you ask for. Grab the kids, the beach gear and head to the beach for the day when your ready to head back, a short few steps and your back at the house, enjoy a fun game of corn hole with your family or BBQ some burgers and or stay in and enjoy a movie ... what ever you prefer is always memories you have a lifetime of. Take some quiet time at the end of the night to teach the kids to journal about their day....draw pictures of fun things they did, saw, or explored, for them to dream of retuning to the beach and making more memories.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).

The weather was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very minimally supplied in soap/toilet paper/towels/trash bags. It didn't end up being a problem, but I think they should at least provide hand soap and dish soap.

Great location for beach access.

Cute home! Front row beach access. Does need more kitchen items like more towels, bowls and defiantly better pans. There is not coffee pot and no dishwasher. Also nothing I remember seeing about needing to bring water to cook with and rinse food off with. No filter action system. The charcoal grill was too small. It may have held four hamburger patties at a time…way to small. Needed to mow the grass area heading to the walkover. Was over your ankles and almost to your calves. Needed cut really bad and standing water so it should have need done. One end was just not the end were this unit is. Dumpster was over filled and falling onto ground. Construction workers were at another unit and was putting wood and other discarded construction items in the dumpster. Downstairs was not cool during the daytime. I would stay at this property again.
