Sea-batical enjoys front row views and easy beach access in a wonderful two-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with 2 beach front decks and 2 sunset decks. There is a lower-level deck off the main floor and upper-level decks off of the two bedrooms. Open concept first level contains living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a 4th bay view deck showcasing beautiful sunsets.

Located along middle beach, the salt grass dune is wide enough to provide separation from the beach yet low enough to not block your amazing ocean views.

Great Labor Day Getaway!

The rental process was very easy. Parking was ample. It was quiet and not roudy with partiers which is a plus. The property was overall clean. Some obvious wear and tear, nothing fancy but it was cozy and welcoming. Can't beat the view and location at that price! The balconies to watch the sunrise & sunset were in itself worth a million dollars! The new walkover is wonderful but I would suggest putting some grips on the last part of the ramp going down to the beach it is VERY slippery. Wifi worked great.Overall we loved the place & would stay there again for sure..We had a wonderful time! Cons: The water smell coming from the faucets was awful.

We enjoyed the house except we could not use the washer and dryer because there was a short in the downstairs lights which is all connected to the same fuse which also meant we had no lights downstairs for 4 of our 7 night stay. The management company could not get it fixed until Monday and we were leaving. The new walkover is wonderful but I would suggest putting something on the ramp down to the beach it is VERY slippery.
