Experience the calm and convenience of this house situated a few minutes away from Pittsburgh`s most spectacular views. Park with ease in the private driveway. Step inside to find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Take the stairs or to explore the upper level bathroom, 2 bedrooms with King & Full beds. The additional King bedroom is in the basement. Enjoy a stress-free stay with no cleaning required and no smoking.

Guests have access to the entire house including: the main floor, the basement, the upstairs, laundry room as well as the back porch and yard.

There is a $125 hot tub fee if you choose to use it. CHECK to confirm availability.

Mount Washington is the location of Pittsburgh`s “Grand View”. Perched on the hilltops just south of downtown, this neighborhood provides the most scenic view of Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. If you stand on one of the many Grandview Avenue observation decks, you have the city at your feet.

Adults in their twenties and thirties are the primary residents of Mt. Washington, as well as young families and singles. Residents enjoy being close to downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, the Southside, and Station Square all at once. Whether it`s commuting to work or going out on a Friday night, you are strategically located for anything as a Mt. Washington resident.

Homes on Mt. Washington range from finely restored homes from the early 1900s to the red-bricks of the 1950s, to the newest single-family and multi-unit architecture styles.

The neighborhood also boasts active business districts and a wide range of parks, green spaces, and recreational activities, and is home to Pittsburgh`s newest Regional Park, currently called the Grand View Scenic Byway Park. At 235 acres, the GVSBP provides spectacular views, playing fields, and trails. The Park`s soon to be released trail plan will provide up to 18 miles of trails for all skill levels.

You can walk to many things! that said, it is VERY hilly so bring your walking shoes!

The other best way to get around is a short Uber ride. This way you don`t have to worry about parking.

There is a $300 fee if you smoke in the house.

There is $125 hot tub fee if you choose to use it

There is also an extra $50 cleaning fee for leaving the home in exceptionally bad condition - if this occurs pictures will be provided.

This is a great little Pittsburgh retreat!

Me and my partner took a staycation here. We have a little pup so the yard was a wonderful addition. And we just stayed in the hot tub of the whole time.

Great property! The place was as described. Two of the three bedrooms have king sized beds . The hot tub is large. Communication with the host, Sarah couldn't have been better. Even check out was easy! We will definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described. The master bedroom downstairs was nice and cozy. The hosts provided everything needed for our stay. We got in late at night and didn't have a chance to get to store for groceries. So I was thankful that there was coffee available for us for our first morning, and every morning. We didn't have to worry about soap and shampoo either. It was all provided for us. Best of all, we didn't have to worry about cleaning up. Just did the dishes and took out the trash. That was all that was expected, which was nice since we had to leave for our flight at 5:00 a.m. The only negative was that the driveway was a little narrow for our large suv.

Perfect House for Our Stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the property. For a property that allows pets, it was very clean...so much that you wouldn't think a pet had ever been there. Everything was labeled inside the property, including light switches, which was refreshingly nice. The yard was a good size and parking was easy. The owners were quick to respond to all messages/requests. The master bedroom upstairs is a nice size and I was concerned it would be too warm but with a/c and the fan it was perfect. One bathroom but it had everything you needed and the water pressure in shower was good. We did not utlize the bedroom in the basement or the hot tub so I can't speak to either. There is also not a crazy "to do" list for check out, so that was a nice surprise. The property itself is easy to get to and about 10 minutes from the South Side and 10-15 minutes from the Strip District. We didn't explore the area too much other than to look for a grocery store and pizza shop. If you do have a dog, there is a dog park about a block away. I would definitely stay here again.

PA Family reunion

The property was in a great location for us. We found men's dirty socks in the living room. The entry into this property is not safe especially for the elderly or disabled. There is a good foot and a half step into the front door and not railings. Super dangerous. The downstairs bedroom is not a legal bedroom. It does not have an egress window and the fire alarm was not in working order. The deck furniture was falling apart and the umbrella was broken. Overall this property could have used some work before renting it out to the public.

Great vacation home in Pittsburgh

This was a perfect home for our family to visit while we attended my daughter’s college graduation. The neighborhood is safe, house is super clean, location is great, communication with hosts was always prompt and helpful, and the accommodations are comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend this home!

We went to town for a Steelers game and this house was in a perfect location. It was cheap to take an Uber to the stadium and it was easy to navigate to other locations. I would only recommend putting alarm clocks in the bedrooms! It’s disorienting to wake up and not know what time it is!

Hey! My name is Sarah, and I would love to host you at one of our amazing properties! I am a resident of the neighborhood and just a few short blocks away with my Labradoodle wolfhound Copper! We love this city and are always happy to share it with new people! On the weekends you will usually find us around the Mount Washington area, either walking one of the many hiking trails in the Mount or just up Grandview Avenue (best view of the Burgh). My family is from Pittsburgh, but I have always loved to travel. I moved to Nashville and toured the country singing with my band. It was amazing, but all good things come to an end so I got my business degree. I lived in Australia for a while too! This world has so many amazing places to go - I still have a very VERY long list. Even with all of that, my heart is still here in Pittsburgh, so this where I started my business and now call home. Thanks for taking some more time to check the place and my profile!
