Very nice clean home! Only thing I would recommend is to be spider spray along. I do understand in middle of woods but would be helpful We enjoyed our family time together over the long weekend

An awesome fire pit with plenty of seating for our entire familywas the favorite for all. We really enjoyed our evenings by the fire! Plenty of space inside the cabin for comfortable dining, lounging, entertainment and sleeping. A wonderful vacation home away from home!
Great cabin close to all the action but still secluded. Family ages ranged 18 to 85, everyone enjoyed their time.

This cabin was so nice inside and the view was amazing … but you should prob have an awd/4wd to get in the 1st drive…. There is a second drive that is much better

We had 8 adults and a dog stay here. The place was great, tucked away but still close to everything! The space was well designed. We’d definitely rent again. The driveway was a little intimidating though, be careful with low sitting vehicles!

One thing after another
Let me start by saying bring laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels. There was 9 of us staying in the cabin for 4 days and 3 nights. We had 7 towels. When I contacted cabins for you, the representative told me that we got a starter back and with the cabin sleeping 11 people we should’ve had 17 towels. The representative also told me it was on the site that we needed to bring those items. I looked at the site again and all it said was amenities provided. The downstairs toilet wasn’t working correctly when we got there on Friday. It flooded the bathroom, into the bedroom with the bunk beds, and the living room/game room. That was fixed but they only cleaned the bathroom not the other rooms even though I told them it had flooded into the other rooms. Sunday, we woke up to a cockroach in the upstairs living room. They did bring extra towels since we didn’t have the 17 that was supposed to be there, but we didn't need to use many from it because we had already washed towels. Many people have said in their reviews about the driveway and that the second driveway was better. It definitely is. To get to the second driveway drive pass the first driveway and it is the very next driveway you come to. The cabin is beautiful but the inside was smaller than what the pictures portrayed. There is a huge fireplace in the middle of the upstairs living room that makes it hard to carry on conversations with everyone.

We can only imagine how frustrating it must have been not to have enough towels for your group and to realize the need for additional supplies at the last minute. The plumbing issue that caused flooding in multiple rooms is concerning, and while we're addressing the bathroom, we recognize that the other areas should have been handled promptly as well.
We understand that finding a cockroach, unclear storage options, and layout limitations can significantly detract from your experience. Your comfort is important to us, and it's reasonable that issues affected your enjoyment of the cabin. While the fireplace is intended to create a cozy atmosphere, it should not complicate. Also, acknowledge that the cabin photos may not have accurately represented the space. We will prioritize reviewing them to ensure they align with our guests' expectations. Entry code problems, couldn’t use the fireplace due to seasonal change rules and divides the family room in half. No powder room upstairs had to go through a br. Totally bare of any amenities kitchen or bathroom.
As far as the cabin everything was great, besides the driveway was a bit challenging.
Our trip was a bit shortness due to the fire that broke out

The cabin was great!! Absolutely no complaints!! Perfect location, beautiful cabin and nice view. Private and still right in the heart of everything. The only suggestion I would have is to provide dish towels and potholders. That was so minor it didn’t bother us a bit. Highly recommend!!

Ok but could be better
From a previous review, I knew there were issues with cockroaches but was assured that had been taken care of. Although it wasnt a huge problem again, we were seeing cockroaches. Then there was issue with no hot water due to water heater issues. It was remedied but a few cold (& quick) showers were taken. They did offer to let us switch cabins but we were already settled in & thankfully the issue was taken care of the next day.

We do apologize these things affected your stay, and were happy to get these things addressed right away so the issues were not long-lasting. We appreciate your honesty and would love to host you again in the future at one of our other 400+ properties!
Overall extremely disappointed. Arrived to find Roaches crawling on kitchen counter and in bathrooms. Pest control arrived after we reported the issue, but roaches appeared again a few days later. Noticed brown haze on dinning table and kitchen counter.

Was not a safe environment due to numerous electrical outlets had arcing marks and one outlet was taped to the wall.
Dishwasher was not working. Repaired during stay.
There was one dresser for the 3 bedrooms in the basement. It had missing drawer knobs with screws facing out.
Several ceiling tiles were sagging and showed black stains. Requested replacement and was told they would be replaced after we left at the end of the week.
Water pump ran continuously for the entire week. We called the first day and was told that was normal due to the hot tub.
On our last day, we noticed water seeping through the floor basement tiles. Called to report and was told a repairman would be on site in 4 hours. We investigated and found that a pipe from the water pump had broke, leaking water into the basement pump room. We spent all day drying the floor with towels. After 4.5 hours called again and was told someone was on the way. We left to get food to cook for our last dinner. When we returned an hour and a half later we found a de-humidifier connected to dry out the pump room and the water shut off to the entire property.
We called Cabins for You and was told we had to leave the property. They did offer another unit, but this did not work for our last night. We scrambled and found hotel rooms for our family.
We were eventually refunded part of the cost for the last night. But due to the terrible conditions we had to deal we still feel we should be fully refunded. We paid over $800/night after you add the service charges they add to the per night rate.
There were several others issues we dealt with that I have not mentioned here.
This place needs a lot of repair work. I would not recommend it to anyone at any price in the current state.

From pest issues and appliances not working, to outlets not working, a leak, and more, we are so very sorry you had to experience these things and we completely understand your frustration. While we were able to correct some of these concerns, unfortunately we were unable to resolve all of these problems and we're so sorry your stay was affected. And while management was in touch with you throughout your stay and we did offer a gift certificate towards a future stay, we understand this was declined and we hate this was the case. Unfortunately we're unable to offer anything further, and we again apologize deeply. We are working to ensure future guests don't have to experience these concerns, and we hope your next visit to the Smokies is more enjoyable.
There were cockroaches...in the bathroom and kitchen. Gross!! Also the hot tub is supposed to be drained and cleaned after every stay! I cannot imagine that it was..after the first night the water was mucky and gross!! My daughter checked the filter and it was full of filth and dirt. She cleaned it and it was ok after that! She shoulldnt have had to do that AT ALL!!
