Huge cabin! Very nice and everything was just as listed. Could use more items for stay shampoo, more bags, zip lock bags. Here we saw our first black bears. There were like 4-5 in total. Best experience! Would stay again.

So glad you had a fantastic time! It’s great to hear the cabin was perfect for your stay, and how exciting to spot black bears! Thanks for the feedback on supplies—your suggestions are really helpful, and we’ll look into those for future guests. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another unforgettable experience!
I booked a family trip for my family and I for Christmas. The check in process was amazing, the cleanliness of the cabin was just okay. It wasnt 100% clean but we bring cleaning products. A old coffee filter has been left in the coffee maker for I don’t know how long. And the light outside didn’t turn on and we got there a little late. But other than that. It was amazing.

It’s wonderful to hear your family had an amazing Christmas trip! We appreciate your patience and feedback on cleanliness and lighting—we’ll be sure to address those details. Your kind words mean a lot, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay!
Listed as pet friendly. My medium sized dog had no grass or place to potty. She was completely freaked out. I would not take her there again.
Also, the master on main floor was handicap accessible but you had to hold the shower head up to shower.
For the price of this home (all in, it was over $5200 for just 3 nights), the house was very average. There are nails sticking up in the doorway threshold between master main and bathroom. Kitchen was not stocked with any type of lighter for grill, clips for opened bags of chips, saran wrap, etc. Also, the towels were thin- linens were scratchy. Siding falling off of house on back. Cushions torn on porch. Only 4 mismatched wine glasses. Chips on plates/ dishes. Bunkroom also had some issues. Not impressed! Felt like we were going to be staying in a really nice place and it was disappointing.

Dirty cabin
We entered into a beautiful cabin, that I payed to rent for 4 nights for my family, it was dog urine all over the carpet in my bedroom, the covers on the beds were very smelly, pillows on the couch had puke on them, the high chair was so nasty, rocking chairs on top deck were broken up you couldn't sit on that deck, dust webs all through the house and so much more. I reported these things and I never got called back. A carpet service was sent out to clean the carpets, the floors were soaking wet, so we walked around on wet floors for a day and a half . My bedroom closet was piled up with Christmas tree and all other things. I couldn't hang my clothes up. The covers on the beds, the disgusting pee spots on the carpet and the pillows on the couches made me so uneasy about how clean the cabin we stayed in was. Not very happy about this. As for the view from the cabin. It was beautiful. Oh, another thing was the lights on the outside front did not work, so going to our cars were very dark and dangerous.

Vicki, we're saddened to hear your experience with us was poor, and we can completely understand your disappointment. Our goal for our guests is an enjoyable and relaxing Smoky Mountain experience, and we sincerely apologize this wasn't the case for you. We're grateful for your honest feedback, and while we're glad the carpets were able to be cleaned during your stay, we know this must have been inconvenient. Since your stay, the cabin has been deep-cleaned and again we appreciate you reaching out honestly. We do hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future, as your experience is not standard for us.
