Condo was clean and neat and comfortable. Linens are getting a bit worn, but overall we love this rental. We’ve rented a couple of time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

My husband, autistic daughter, and in-laws stayed at the Landing for a few days. We felt safe, the neighbors we met were friendly, and we got to observe jellyfish and blue herons at the waterside. The managers for the property checked in with me all the way up to out stay and during it. I highly recommend this condo.

good location on the bay

We chose this location because it is close to friends who own a condo next door. It is close to the bay but the beach is quite a walk away. The unit had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants close. Bed comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. I recommend this for a reasonable stay near the bay.

Very relaxing and enjoyed the shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Me and may wife come every year during the Pensacola Beach Air Show to photograph the Blue Angels. This unit was perfect for me and my wife and our son. Very close, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and communicated very well if I had a question.

Nice location

Upon arrival everything seemed nice until I went into the restrooms and saw all the dirty laundry and then the dirty linens on the beds! They need new cleaners that actually clean the property!!!

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The booking agent John was super nice and helpful. He helped me with a few things and was very kind doing so. The property inside is very simple but had everything we needed. The community is very nice and walking distance to anything you might need. We made friends with the owners there as well who were exceptionally nice to us! Going back in 3 weeks!

Great location!

Our family of five enjoyed our time together! The location is amazing! Right on the bay with with big yachts and restaurants/ shops to walk to. Plenty of kitchen items for all cooking needs. The pool is a good size and we mostly had it to ourselves throughout the week. The property manager was very responsive and answered all questions. The only reason it’s not a five star is we wished the deck had a table and umbrella to be able to sit and eat at. It would have also been helpful to have more towel options, i.e beach towels and bigger towels for the bathroom. It would have lessened the laundry loads. We love the beach and will be back to Orange Beach !

Best Beach Vacation Around

This condo is the absolute best location in the area. We have never been to Orange Beach as a family and we are now planning to return very soon. It was my kids (11 &13) and my husband's favorite beach trip ever. We loved the location of being able to walk down the steps to be at the pool, my kids could swim while I sat on the front porch. Speaking of that little porch, we all sat out there multiple times a day. The most beautiful view and sunset. My fishermen loved fishing in both the marina and across the street at the beach. It's a short mile drive to a beach access with restrooms and ample parking either direction. Plenty to eat, great places in walking distance. We really enjoyed going to see the Blue Angels practice day. Booking was super easy and Stephanie was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!!

We love this condo, it’s a perfect location for us. We come to Orange Beach every year, sometimes twice a year and Charter Landing is our favorite spot.

Absolute jewel

We had no idea what we were in for but what an absolute jewel. The unit was huge, clean and very comfortable. Location was different but fell in love with the marina and the quiet. We will be back.

Great Place

Great vacation spot

This rental was very roomy and comfortable. Furniture was comfy, beds were great and the kitchen is better equipped than most homes! Also, if you like to look at gorgeous yachts (which we do), the view from the balcony is fantastic.

Lovely spot

We love staying here. After fishing all day we can walk over to several restaurants for food and drinks. This was our 2nd stay here. Be aware there are stairs, so pack light.
