The house was great for a family vacation. It is close to the 58th guarded beach that has restrooms. Three beach chairs and a beach wagon were included and that made for a few less things to pack and an easy walk to the beach with all of our beach gear. It was wonderful to be able to take my dog. Some of our best moments were just chilling on the front porch.

Cozy beach house

We have vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey numerous times. We enjoyed our stay on this property. It was an easy walk to the beach and it was nice to stay at the less crowded part of the island. The description of the property and the photos are very accurate.

Bailey's beach vacation!

We enjoy staying at this adorable cozy home! We have stayed here many times and love it! Our dog, Bailey loves the beach and this home and location is perfect! Evie is fantastic and even adjusted our check in dates for us when we had a family emergency!

Very Nice Memorial Day weekend stay. Entire family enjoyed and would highly recommend

Very nice long memorial day stay for our family in a very good location a few blocks from the beach in south OCNJ which we enjoyed. Short walk to a nice playground for our grandson a couple blocks away and a awesome night on the boardwalk just a short drive away. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at the property and we've been very happy both times! Beach equipment was helpful. Kitchen well stocked with all equipment needed for an extended stay. Pet friendly,including a gate on the porch so the pups can enjoy it as well as the people! Lovely,quiet nei g hborhood close tothe beach which when we rented in late September was not at all crowded.

Evie's house was the perfect spot for our family weekend getaway. We like the south end of the island, and the house is only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house was clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay here again.

Cozy place down the shore

Clean property. Plenty of towels and the sheets were amazing (actually ordered some off line after night one) place was clean and just enough space to have a little getaway away from the hustle and bustle of life.
