Don is a great host with outstanding communication. Condo was just as listed and stocked with everything you could need! Located in the residential area away from the crazy traffic of PCB. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Would love to stay again!

Relaxing Getaway!

After looking into quite a few condos, we finally decided on this one and we were not disappointed at all! We were traveling with our elderly parents and the primary walk-in shower was perfect for them! What an excellent choice if you are looking for an oceanfront condo that is tastefully decorated, clean, and comes loaded with quite a few practical items. These owners obviously know how to make a beach rental vacation a true home away from home!

We love Light & Beachy!

This was our family’s second stay at Light & Beachy! Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with beautiful updates to the condo. New kitchen appliances, new sliding glass doors, new light fixtures, and a wall in the kitchen had been removed to open it up. The entire condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and beautiful view of the beach. Don is great to communicate with and easy to reach if needed- although we’ve never had to contact him during our stay as everything has been top notch. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

Perfect fit for our family of five! The owners were so kind and such a joy to work with; even providing us with a list of their favorite places to eat and things to do while in PCB.
