The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most beach accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand! Enjoy a million dollar view of the beach and Gulf from the balcony. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of can see for miles down the beach in either direction!

Unit 205 features a new queen bed in the master bedroom. For extra guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom is generous in size with custom tile shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dinnerware, etc. and has a Keurig coffee make, as well as a 12 cup drip coffee maker. Also, there is a NEW! stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.

All Gulfgate condominium units are Beach - Gulf front and offer a private patio or balcony with an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Sit on the balcony and enjoy your vacation in style. Located on the East end (quiet - family side) of Panama City Beach, just 2 miles to St. Andrew's State Park.
