Accessibility note:
There are three steps leading up to the front door of the house. Inside, there is one step down to access the backyard. The main entrance door is 33 inches wide, and the first-floor bedroom door is 30 inches wide. The shower in the first-floor bathroom is slightly sunken and requires stepping down about half a step to enter.

Why they chose this property

I actually spent March - June 2020 at this house when the pandemic was raging on in the U.S. Every day, my family would take a stroll along the two big lakes to get fresh air or swim in our private pool. There was barely anybody around at times, so we could take off our masks for those few hours.

Before sunset, I would play badminton in the large open field at the back of the house with my little cousins, while others prepared dinner. Then, we'd grab some plates and all sit down on the big sofa, and watch a movie on Netflix on the big TV.

After dinner, we'd delve into our homemade vanilla ice cream because why not?

We made memories I'll cherish forever, and I hope you do too.
