The Kitchen was well equipped. Great for a family to gather!!! Property was directly on the beach. Perfect place for our senior dog. We are talking about booking again for a family vacation here next year!

This place was just what we were looking for:-beautiful porch view with immediate beach access-comfortable with plenty of space-very adequate privacy from our neighbors on the split side (although we really enjoyed them too)Keith was very responsive and helpful. My framily and I have stayed here for 5 years and we love the easy out the back porch access to the beach. The accommodations fit us well. We truly appreciated the updates Keith did since our last stay. The gravel drive upgrade was amazing!! Kept sand out of my shoes! Keith is very responsive although this trip we didn’t need to contact him. Location is perfect!!

We recently stayed at Keith's beach front rental in Fort Morgan. It was a perfect size for the two of us and our dog Hank. The furnishings were clean and in good condition. The A/C was quiet and effective. The kitchen was well stocked with sufficient dishes, glasses, tableware, cookware and utensils. There was issue with the beach-side porch lighting, and once notified Keith responded quickly with a repairman to address the issue. There's a Dollar General not more than 10 minutes away that is well-stocked and reasonably priced, so we didn't have to drive all the way to Gulf Shores to replenish supplies. We were quite comfortable there, and I'm sure future guests will experience the same,
