Cute and cozy 1b/1b guests house. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walking distance to night life, bars, restaurants, stores. 45 minutes from Tampa Int. Airport. 3 minutes from the amazing crystal clear Weekie wachee river, 10 minutes from Pine Island beach, 3/4 minutes to all kayak rental places & canoes. Grill on site, canoe and 2 kayaks on site, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, coffee provided. Full kitchen with utensils, pans, croak pot, rice maker, coffee maker and all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Space to park your car/truck, trailer & boat. Only dogs under 20 pounds are allowed when you pay a deposit. No other pets are allowed, dogs only. Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom to avoid accidents on carpet. In case of damages, a claim will be filed.

Great spot

This place was great for a quick get away, Mr. Garcia was an awesome host. The guesthouse was perfect size for just 2 people and the area had some awesome bars/restaurants would definitely go again!

Weekend stay in great location

Cozy clean place. Great location and beautiful sunset views. Noise from upstairs over the bedroom two of the three nights. TVs didn’t work. Pool was unavailable, but listed as an amenity. No bikes as listed. We did get prompt help with the WiFi. Thanks

No bath wash clothes available. No dish cloth. One dish towel. Outside garbage cans full. Needs picked up. Lots of next floor foot walking over top of guest ground floor bedroom.
