Quiet getaway

We had a great time! The apartment had everything we needed. There was a selection of kayaks and a nice patio. We had dinner outside just listening to the quiet and watching for fish to jump.

Great property

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. The property was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the kayaks for use with the property. There was an issue with the power in the kitchen when we first arrived but it was quickly resolved. We enjoyed the Weeki Wachee area very much!

Relaxation was our goal

The plan was to kayak but Mother Nature had other plans at least for our liking when it comes to the temperature but everything was there provided for us to go very nice little apartment like atmosphere with very nice walk out to the cove

A great spot on the water!

Cozy apartment on a canal with a short paddle out to the Weeki Wachee River. Tandem and single kayaks are provided. We paddled to the headwaters and back about 13 miles from the dock at the apartment. The apartment is small, but well laid out with guest's needs thoughtfully provided for.

Beautiful property

I will recommend this place to my friends if they will be in the area. The check in was easy, the owner provided coffee etc that we didn’t expect, the place is nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. It was not comfortable. But everything else is great.

Needed a nice place to meet for superbowl

The pace is fantastic, fully equipped kitchen, very clean. Owners live in the same house and were wonderful. I own a VRBO and found gem close by as mine was rented. This is my go to alternative if available in the future.

Another great stay

Always a relaxing stay at this property! Appreciate the use of kayaks for an easy paddle to Rogers Patk and I always get a fantastic night sleep on the cozy bed.

Perfect weekend get away

This was the perfect location for a long weekend get-away. This clean and cozy apartment is right on the river with kyacks provided making it easy to enjoy all that Weeki Wachee has to offer. The hosts were quick with communication and very sweet.

Cozy, and beautifully decorated home on the river. Kayaks provided was the best. Private apartment with garage. So peaceful and serene. With great restaurants near by. Great vacation spot or weekend getaway

Quiet getaway with beautiful views

Perfect little spot. The host are amazing and kept in contact as needed. This place is right on the water and a short paddle down to Roger’s Park and into the springs. A great spot for a long or short term getaway. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect spot for father/son adventure

I booked this place for my husband and son to have a special trip together, and they did! He told me afterward that the provided kayaks were great and the landlady was was super nice. The place had everything they needed for a nice laid-back weekend, and they had a bonding experience making core memories. Highly recommend!

An absolute treat!

I can't speak highly enough about our stay here. My husband and I only spent two nights, but it was such a pleasant experience, we can't wait to return! Everything in the house (a ground level apartment that perfectly matched the photos) was immaculately clean and organized. It had such a fresh, inviting atmosphere -- my husband called it "a vibe" and we felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived. Our host made sure several amenities were stocked, and even though we brought our own goods, if we had forgotten anything they would have surely had us covered. Speaking of the host, she was extremely accommodating and delightful to speak with (even though we only spoke via text). It was clear that us having a relaxing and calm visit was a priority and she offered us a late checkout that we wish we could have taken, but we had to get home!The river canals are beautiful and offer a lot to see without even navigating the main river -- we sat and watched a Great Blue Heron sun its feathers on the neighbor's deck for over an hour, ducks and ibis were also about, and fish jumped from the river every so often. A paddleboarder asked if we had just seen the manatee swim upstream, but we'd been so enamored with other things that we missed it! Weeki Wachee River is such a gem, one of my favorite places in the whole country. I felt like we hit the jackpot with this rental, and I highly highly recommend it and cannot wait to come back.

Great location! Well appointed.

We loved taking the kayaks on the river to the Upper Deck restaurant and Roger’s Park. It was Spring Break and very busy and fun. The apartment had everything we needed. Fridge, W/D, comfy bed and pull out sofa, TV, soft towels, A/C. Being right on the water and having a lovely outdoor area to ourselves was amazing!

Manatee Experience

My girl friend and I stayed 4 days. Owners are very responsive. Room was perfect for us. Very clean. Loved being able to kayak the channels. Saw manatees & dolphins. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great property

This property was a very clean, spacious and comfortable place for me, my teen daughter and one of her friends! And the back patio and deck area would make you not want to leave! It was a very beautiful and quiet location and i would only wish that we had more than 2 days! I would definitely not only recommend it but will try to go there again when we go back this summer. The owners were very accomidating and communicated with us all through the process!

2nd visit did not disappoint

It was my second visit to this property and we had everything we needed. We saw manatees on the canal during high tide and lots of dolphin encounters. The property manager was there for anything we needed.
