Beautiful vacation at Vardiola. Cosy villa near to the beach perfect for the 4 of us. Everything correspond to the description. In plus my daughters have enjoyed the PS3 for some evening entertainment and myself the Sonos speaker with a good sound. Quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view over the golf and the Tower of Pinarellu. The beach is accessible on foot, but the trail from the garden, is a an un-even stairs road that can be difficult for some people. The car is a must as the nearest shopping-center is at 10min in car, and for the restaurants almost the same. On the Caramontinou beach there a nice beach-bar with some panini's and some Corse plates and plenty of cocktails and drinks. Very nice restaurants on the Pinarellu village.Thank you for the beautiful memories that we had this summer.

Très jolie villa, bien agencée, bien décorée , une partie jardin très agréable permettant la détente avec une vue sur la mer magnifique et une partie piscine bien protégée (barrière pour interdire l'accès aux enfants) . La villa était conforme à l'annonce et elle disposait de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour formidable . La communication avec notre hôte s'est aussi très bien déroulée. Tout était PARFAIT . Je recommande cette villa .

# Absolut empfehlenswert – Wir haben einen rundum perfekten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und waren absolut zufrieden.Das Haus selbst ist klasse, super ausgestattet und lässt mit der integrierten Klimaanlage auch an heißen Tagen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist einfach wunderbar: herrlich ruhig gelegen und eingebettet in eine prima Landschaft, die zum Entspannen einlädt.Zwei absolute Highlights der Unterkunft: *Der Pool:* Einfach prima, sauber und ideal für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. * Der Meerzugang:*Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen, "direkten" Zugang zum Meer. Das Wasser war traumhaft!Insgesamt ein fantastisches Gesamtpaket. Wir haben uns super erholt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist, weil das ganze Haus einen sehr muffigen Geruch hat. Dieser hat sich mit dem Geruch der 10 verschiedenen Lufterfrischer, die überall im Haus verteilt waren, vermischt und war für unsere Reisegruppe (wir waren 6 Personen) nicht erträglich. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind teilweise in schlechtem Zustand oder schlichtweg kaputt, beziehungsweise entsprechen die nicht mehr den Bildern ( z.B. Küchenschrank ist jetzt ein offenes Regal, die Ziegeldach-Pergola ist nun aus Holz, im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Schranktüren mit Vorhängeschlössern versehen, sodass Stauraum fehlt etc). Damit man sich selbst ein Bild machen kann, habe ich ein paar Fotos angefügt.Zwei Sterne gibt es für die gute Lage und den schönen Poolbereich.Für das gleiche Geld gibt es auf Korsika deutlich bessere und gepflegtere Objekte.

Tout simplement magnifique.... merci a guilia pour sa grande gentillesse. Tout est parfait. La maison tres confortable, rien ne manque, meme les ustensiles de cuisine, il y a tout.la piscine vraiment agreable... une vue splendide. Les plages proche sur piranello, location de bateaux egalement. Ces 15 jours de vacances étaient un pur bonheurs. Merci encore....

Wir waren fast drei Wochen in der Villa von Giulia zu Gast und es war perfekt! Das Haus war sehr sauber und zur Begrüßung haben wir einen tollen Obstkorb vorgefunden. Vom Haus aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die Bucht und man kann jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen am Pool und im Garten finden. Es gibt viele Liegestühle und einen tollen Gasgrill (Weber). Da das Grundstück abgeschlossen ist, konnten wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen. Das Meer erreicht man in ca. 5min über eine Treppe, die zur Strasse führt. Einfacher geht es mit dem Auto - auch in der Hochsaison gibt es direkt am Strand Parkplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war 1A. Im Sommer fährt morgens ein Auto vorbei, dass frische Croissants, Baguette etc. bringt - das war Klasse! Den Supermarkt und das Fischgeschäft ist in 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa mit dem tollen Pool sehr empfehlen.

Wundervoll !

Unser Aufenthalt war toll! Die Villa war absolut sauer, ein Obstkorb stand zur Begrüßung in der Küche. Nachdem wir auch noch von einer süßen Katze begrüßt wurden, war es fast wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist wunderschön und unglaublich ruhig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht man in ca 30min einige Restaurants und nette Bars. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, auch ein Gasgrill steht zur Verfügung. Mückenschutz ist wichtig, wenn man laue Abende auf der gemütlichen Terrasse verbringen möchte. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit per Handy erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur grande gentillesse! Ultra disponible et à l’écoute Nous avions tous le nécessaire pour notre bébé ce qui nous a évité de devoir tout prévoir dans l’avion. Merci pour les fruits et boissons à notre arrivée, nos 3 enfants étaient très content d’en profiter après le voyage. La vue est magnifique ! Le Mobilier extérieur permet à toute la famille de pouvoir se reposer soit sur la première terrasse avec la vue mer soit sur la seconde avec la piscine chauffée … Autant vous dire qu’il y a de quoi être parfaitement bien ! La villa a été refaite avec beaucoup de goût et en gardant beaucoup de charme. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes pour se rendre sur porto Vecchio ce qui est correct sachant qu’il y a des commerces proche de la villa et la mer a 400m Nous remercions encore les propriétaires qui vraiment savent mettre à l’aise et du coup rendre le séjour encore meilleur. Nous espérons revenir vite !

Ein schönes Objekt, in schöner Lage. Für uns passte es gut. 3 Erwachsene, drei Hunde.

Haus und Lage sehr schön. Probleme mit den Angaben zur Anfahrt. Diese waren untauglich. Telefonisch dann schnell und Problemlos. Haben niemanden vom Vermieter zu sehen bekommen. Alles gut!

Excellent séjour

Accueil très sympathique. Belle plage accessible à pied. Petite piscine, très agréable, toujours ensoleillée et sans vis-à-vis. La maison est pratique et correspond bien à la description. La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas avec une belle vue sur la baie. Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille (nous étions 7) et bon point de départ pour explorer le sud de l'île !

MAISON TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est fonctionnelle même si la cuisine est un peu petite. Nous étions deux familles (4 enfants) et avions suffisamment de place, les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a tous les équipements nécessaire et n'avons manqué de rien. La vue est magnifique, c'est un bonheur de prendre ses repas. Merci pour l'accueil de la famille Orsini.

Génial comme d'habitude !

Comme toujours l'accueil à Frisculina par Alina fut excellent et amical ! Proprios au top ! Vue magnifique, piscine sans vis à vis ! Maison avec tout ce qu'il faut, et la clim dans les chambres n'est pas de trop ! Superbes plages aux alentours et très bon spot pour rayonner sur le sud de la Corse !! Merciiii ! A très bientôt !
