• Home sleeps up to 8 with a maximum of 6 adults
•Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

This charming Cayucos oceanfront beach home offers breathtaking views and a fenced backyard overlooking the sand and surf. The living area is located on the ocean side of the home and opens to the kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering together and enjoying the ocean views. Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

Please note:  The home does not currently have beach access as the ladder was swept away with recent storms. There is a public staircase to the beach located 1/2 block to the south of this home. Also, this home is only equipped with showers, there is no bathtub available.
