Comfortable, private, quiet, convenient. We only slept there, but the accommodations were great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even though we didn’t cook there. Beds are comfortable. There were just the two of us and it was fine.
Beautiful on the interior. Nice little patio outside. The host was great on the check in and check out details (very well outlined). The rooms were comfortable, clean and the property was very well maintained. The garage spot is great for a smaller suv or a sedan. Overall, close to the highway, great house in a great area.
Location is very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Lexington. Clean space, modern feel, easy check in and it, great host. We loved it and hope to return. Highly recommend this rental for your trip to Lexington.
We traveled to Lexington to attend a horse show at the Kentucky Horse and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was very clean, and we totally enjoyed our stay.

Thanks Carla! We hope you come back the next time you’re in Lexington!
Clean. Lived pet friendly . Small issue with toilet when we arrived. Contacted host. The issue was resolved in an hour. Appreciated the quick response. Would recommend.
Absolutely LOVED this loft! So convenient and well decorated! Perfect location for our needs moving our new student in at UK and then for us to explore Lexington! Felt just the right amount of hidden away while close to everything.
This location was not only aesthetically appealing, but was also probably one of the cleanest B&Bs I have stayed at. The decor was lovely, it was cozy, there were great restaurants nearby, and it included helpful amenities (i.e., ample cooking utensils and dishes, snacks, coffee & tea, etc.). I would absolutely rent this loft again should we return to Lexington.
This home was clean and adorable. We had originally planned to go to the spring meet at Keeneland, but unfortunately we’re rained out. There were historic floodings, but we found plenty to do in Kentucky and relaxed and enjoy our time at the place. Would stay again and highly recommend.
My (nearly) adult daughters and I stayed here during Breyerfest, and it was an excellent property! Close to lots of conveniences, but quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio and the comforts they left for our pup. We had a issue with the freezer that was fixed very promptly! Owner was excellent to work with. Beds were heavenly!
Property was just as described and pictured. Communication with host was prompt and clear. We were greeted with a clean loft and the location was good--minutes from Richmond Road and New Circle Road, and probably 10-15 min from downtown and Chevy Chase area. It was nice to have a garage, but future renters should know it's a smaller one car garage. Anything larger than a Toyota Grand Highlander size of SUV probably won't fit. The driveway is also short; it will accommodate that size of SUV, but not much more. Just something to consider for trip planning, as there isn't really anywhere else to park if your car doesn't fit in the garage or driveway. The loft interior was nice, decorated well, comfortable and worked well for us and this trip to Lexington. My only complaint is the parking situation. There were cars parked on the street across from the driveway--with the narrower driveway/road going back into this complex, cars parked on the road across from the units makes it very hard to get into the driveway without driving in the grass. Many trips I had tight maneuvers just to back out of the driveway. There is a car with a tarp cover parked on the street a few doors up. Most yards in this complex are not well kept--tall grass, weeds, etc. The 941 unit was in fine shape, but just something to know.
