Excellent stay

The house matched the listing description perfectly and it was perfect for our family. The amenities were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. The view from the house is very nice, since the property is located on a small hill. The house was super clean. The owner was very friendly, and went out of his way to welcome us and to help! The communication was very quick and easy. The house is located very close to the center of Houlgate (3 minutes by car), where you'll find an excellent bakery/pastry shop, a food market, and well stocked stores. Highly recommended. I will not hesitate to return.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit Terrasse und Garten, ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Laurent hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Nach unserem Aufenthalt hat er uns auch wieder verabschiedet.

Een hele fijne locatie om Normandië te verkennen. Het huis is conform de advertentie van alle gemakken voorzien en Houlgate bereik je binnen 5 minuten met de auto. Je zit dan zo aan het strand en er is voldoende parkeerruimte. Het huis is schoon, de tuin is goed afgezet zodat een hond zonder problemen mee kan en beschikt over uitstekende bedden. Het contact met Chantal en Laurent verloopt erg makkelijk zowel in het Frans als in het Engels. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en geven goede uitleg over wat zich in het huis bevindt.Het huis ligt vlak bij een mooi aangelegde en uitdagende golfbaan. Voor ons zeker een locatie om te onthouden voor een volgend bezoek.

Merci à Laurent pour son accueil, ses conseils et à Chantal pour la confiture! La communication a été très facile. La maison était très propre, bien équipée, agréable avec un grand jardin sans vis à vis. La plage est vite accessible en voiture, parking facile et non payant. Marché à Dives sur mer le samedi matin très sympathique.Un plaisir également d'avoir rencontré Raphia!

Chantal et Laurent sont des hôtes aux petits soins. Et leur chaumière offre tout ce que l'on peut espérer pour passer un agréable séjour en Normandie, voire même plus. Un emplacement idéal sur les hauteurs du charmant village de Houlgate, de belles balades en bord de mer ou dans la campagne normande, la proximité de sites touristiques à voir comme Cabourg au Deauville.Enfin, un grand merci d'avoir accepter nos deux chiens qui ont apprécier le beau jardin de la chaumière.On recommande cette location.Josette, Jean-Luc, Sia et Lopping

Hébergement en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Accueil très sympathique de la part de Chantal avec en prime du cidre et de la confiture maison.
