This beautiful Alsatian half-timbered house features several comfortable, fully equipped holiday rentals, tastefully decorated and full of charm. It’s a pleasure to stay and stroll through the narrow streets of historic Eguisheim, bathed in the warm light that changes with the seasons, enhancing the colourful palette of the houses nestled within the ramparts.

The “L’Alsacienne” holiday rental is a beautiful little apartment on the ground floor of the residence. The entrance is at ground level; there’s just a small step to get into the house.

The holiday rental is cosy, decorated in a modern style, and fully equipped to ensure you have the best possible stay. The floor is tiled for easy cleaning and keeps the space cool in the summer.

You walk right into the fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and of course, dishes and pots). You’ll even find a raclette machine for sharing a delicious meal in the winter.

The kitchen opens onto the living room. A comfortable sofa and an armchair are perfect for relaxing after your visits and walks through the nearby vineyards. A large storage closet is available in the living area.
Just past a small hallway is a separate toilet with a sink. Opposite it is the bedroom with the shower room. The bedroom is magnificent, with a stone wall that gives it exceptional character. The bed is comfortable and measures 160x200. A closet with shelves will also allow you to settle in comfortably and store all your belongings.

The bathroom is small but functional, featuring a shower, a vanity unit, and a towel warmer. A mechanical ventilation system ensures proper airflow.

For your comfort, the beds are made before your arrival, and hand and bath towels are provided in the bathroom.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

In winter, the heating is optimal, with radiators in every room that guests can adjust to their liking. The heating is a city-gas-powered central system, providing cosy warmth when you return from visiting the Christmas markets and ensuring a relaxing stay.

This apartment is very bright, decorated in a modern style, and fully equipped to ensure you have the best possible stay. The tiled floors keep the space clean and provide a cool, refreshing feel in the summer.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and, of course, dishes and pots and pans. You’ll even find a raclette machine for sharing a delicious meal in the winter.
