Pretty comfortable apartment of 55m2 with 2 separate bedrooms, a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a very pretty private courtyard of 25 m2 on the ground floor on the edge of the Saint Martin canal, a district where shops, bars mingle and restaurants, accommodation 8 minutes from the Goncourt metro station, 9 minutes from the République metro station, 25 minutes on foot from the Pompidou center via the Marais.

Wunderbare Wohnung in toller Gegend!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und funktional. Die Lage ist toll und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben alle Informationen bekommen, die wir brauchten und durften sogar später auschecken, was für uns extrem praktisch war. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Nice appartment close to Place de la Republic. We are a family of four, who enjoyede our stay in the appartment and Paris.

nice, but...

The apartment was great in many ways. The kitchen was well stocked with both food and utensils, the beds were comfortable, having a patio was nice, and the location was good ( 10 minute walk to a Metro) with lots of restaurants around. However the apartment was only surface clean, and the couch was very frayed and worn. Three of the 4 kitchen table chairs were partially broken and wobbly to sit on. The hostess never met us and did not leave any sort of paperwork for working the appliances. We got the oven and the washer to work by looking up the manual for the models online. We never did get the TV working. Additional paperwork with information about the area- stores, restaurants, metro locations- would really have been nice. It was very warm while we were there and the apartment got very warm. It would have been great to turn on the air conditioner but no remote was to be found. Maybe it didn't work.
