Maui Banyan #H-405 Partial Ocean View, Great Location, Near Kam II Beach

Maui Banyan #H-405 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor with a partial ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, a dvd player, and free Wifi. There is a California king bed and a queen sofa bed, a shower-tub combo in the master bath, and a walk-in shower in the guest bath. Window unit air condition in both the living room and bedroom. For outdoor activity, Maui Banyan #H-405 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 4.
A resort fee of $10 per day is included in the booking charges. Minimum is $30; maximum is $180.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Banyan Resort is situated on 8 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach Park II. This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is a 5-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking.

Good property in great location. The property needs a good thorough cleaning. Repairing the lock on the patio door, making that same door roll easily and quietly and cleaning or replacing the carpet in the bedroom would make it an even better place. I would definitely rent this same property again.
