Andree is a wonderful host! Her communication is wonderful. The place is in a perfect location to the beach. Quiet and clean. The chair service is an added bonus. My family enjoyed this trip so much. You can walk to ice cream and food. We will definitely stay again.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Property grounds were beautiful as was the private beach. The condo itself was huge and comfortable. Also really enjoyed the outdoor patio. Highly recommend.

Amazing vacation

This condo and location was perfect for a week long girls trip. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. It’s close to great restaurants. But best of all it is so close to the beach. we had a great time and definitely hope to return soon.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. We had 5 adults (two couples and my mom) and all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy beach access and the pool area was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.

We have stayed at this condo but this was by far the best unit. The unit was excellent and the property manager was responsive and ver communicative. I would highly recommend them all.

Great Condo!

I have never experienced such excellent communication from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. The digital guidebook provided information about the condo and the area making it a stress free vacation. The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean and just a few steps away from the beach. Great spring break getaway.

Quiet location on Blue Mountain beach. Very nice complex and condo. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Not as crowded at this time of year which was nice. The pool was smaller than anticipated. Not a problem this stay, but during crowded summer months, not sure how well it would support the whole complex.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

From start to finish, Andree' was a pleasure to work with. Sharing tons of great information about the condo and the area plus easy-to-follow instructions. The unit was spacious and clean and well-stocked for our large group. The building itself is tucked away with private beach access and the daily beach set-up of chairs and umbrella was wonderful...they even arranged a beach bonfire our last night. A highlight of the trip! We can't wait to come back next summer and have already booked our week!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you!
