The beach house is lovely and spacious. The views of the ocean and sunrises are amazing. The kitchen is well supplied with everything that one needs. Also, there are plenty of towels, including beach towels. We would stay here again.

Excellent location. The outside areas were supreme with a fabulous ocean view and deck with sunset view. The house was so well-stocked we didn't need to bring a thing. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great- Awesome weekend. Only complaint is the parking and how close the highway is- We literally stopped traffic every time getting out- But this was not the property owners fault. The check in process and all communication with the host could not have been better.

Great communication with hosts leading up, during and post stay. The place was exceptionally well stocked and super clean. The view from the patio was fabulous to start day. Not far from downtown and the grocery store. I would highly recommend Duke’s Beach House.

The house is so great! The kitchen is amazing and the views are astonishing. Fantastic proximity to the beach and lovely places in town. Perhaps the house could use an upgrade on mattresses and cushions, but this is the only suggestion. We loved our time on Amelia Island and would return.

Lovely beach house in Amelia island

We had a great stay for my sister's birthday. Very convient access to a private part of the beach. Lovely view from the balcony, and a private grill for barbecuing.
