Gros potentiel

Lieu idyllique (Piscine, parc, silence, nature, proximité d'une grande surface, de bons restaurants et de très belles plages, loin des nuisances vacancières) mais il faut revoir le matelas du couchage principal qui est en mauvais état !

Schöne Lage, toller Pool

Der Pool ist riesig, das Haus einfach und funktional eingerichtet, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, ländlich und naturnah gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in 3 km Nähe. In 10 km Entfernung eine sehr schöne Flussbadestelle mit Wasserfällen, nur mit kurzer Wanderung verbunden. Morgens wird man vom Krähen eines Hahns geweckt. Ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Eindrücklich sind auch die Milane, die täglich über dem grossen Garten kreisen. Einziges Manko, dass im Kinderzimmer keine Fenster sind, nur Oberlichter in den Flur, das wird nachts zu warm. Ausweichen auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer jedoch problemlos möglich. Durch die Nähe zur T10 gelangt man recht schnell an viele Orte der Ostküste. Auch Touren nach Corte und Umgebung sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde möglich. Vielen lieben Dank

Location Est Corse

Propreté, hygiène et gérance à améliorer. Nous réservons notre séjour de 16 nuits et payons la totalité du paiement avec ménage. Message lendemain du propriétaire : ’’la piscine ne sera pas prête la 1ère semaine". On prend sur nous pour la 1ère sans demander de ristourne. Arrivés sur place : le ménage n’est pas fait, le gel hydro et les masques fournis par obligation ne rendent pas le logement plus propre. Le propriétaire nous dit qu’il est arrivé et à ouvert le domaine +-10 jours avant notre arrivée, grosse couche de poussière sur les sols, tables, meubles, chaises et plans de travail alors que nous avons deux enfants dont un de 18 mois. Seule solution trouvée : un remboursement. En plus les toilettes étaient hors services 2 jours la 2ème semaine, on fait croire à un bouchon. Réponse du professionnel mot pour mot qui vient sur place, car nous étions là. :"Votre fosse septique est pleine, il faut la vider". Facture salée pour le propriétaire et évidemment qu’il y a un petit bouchon quand la fosse est pleine ! Quand on rend la location après 16 jours, le propriétaire s’est fait voler ses cartes bancaires le jour avant et on le croit encore ... Il nous remboursera le ménage par virement, toujours pas fait. N’ouvrez pas juste les fenêtres avant que les gens arrivent, soyez prévoyant à l’avenir, n’attendez pas 6 ans mais 3 ou 4 pour vider la fosse, ne croyez que les gens sont naïfs, se moquer ne prévient pas les problèmes. Propriété rénovée en 2004, le temps passe vite. Nous préférons payer 100 euro pour un ménage effectué et pas 50 pour rien. Que l’on ne vienne pas dire "malchance" ou indirectement que l’on jette n’importe quoi dans les toilettes, tout pouvait être anticipé avec un minimum de Sérieux et Respect. Points positifs : l’emplacement, la piscine quand elle est prête et les amis qui logent à l’étage.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Waren 1 Woche mit unserem Sohn, der im Rollstuhl sitzt. Ruhige Ferienwohnung in der unteren Etage. Die Ruhe hängt natürlich davon ab, wer in der Nebenwohnung wohnt. Wir hatten da Glück. Schöner Schwimmingpool. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. War nicht einfach zu finden, riefen die Vermieterin an, das war dann kein Problem.

Urlaub mit Top Unterkunft

mit dieser Unterkunft hatten wir wirklich einen Volltreffer gelandet. Eine herzliche Betreuung und eine tolle, großzügige Wohnung. Der Pool ist selbstverständlich das I-Tüpfelchen. Der wird auch immer gut gepflegt. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen. Wer den Strand mag ist mit 2,5 km Fahrstrecke gut aufgehoben. Ebenso die Strecken in die Berge sind kurz oder je nach Ziel, auch bis zu 80km. Wer Korsika kennt, weiß wie die Strecken verlaufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aufgrund der Nähe zur T10 also für jede Aktivität richtig. Auch für den Urlaub zwischen Pool und Meer. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft und empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Idėal pour les vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille (avis partagé par les 5). Emplacement idéal entre mer et montagne permettant d'alterner plage et promenade. Logement au calme(chant des oiseaux et des cigales en prenant le cafė du matin sur la terrasse). Situation à proximité des nationales , des territoriales ce qui nous a permis de faire des visites aussi bien dans le sud (bonifacio, les aiguilles de bavella), dans le nord (cap corse), vers l'ouest (les calanques de piana, ajaccio) , est et centre de la Corse .... Agréables moments de détente dans la piscine (piscine entretenue quotidiennement, eau 20-24 degrés). Logement avec pièces spacieuses (chambres, pièce à vivre), de plein pied (facilitant l'accès pour notre fils en fauteuil). Très bon accueil .

Belle piscine dans un parc arboré , très bon accueil

Accueil très sympathique, appartement en très bon état et bien équipé. Superbe piscine, très appréciable par ce temps chaud ! Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Geräumige Unterkunft mit schönem Pool

Schöne, schlichte Unterkunft mit recht guter Ausstattung. Der Küchen-Wohn-Eßbereich ist geräumig und schön, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gut, das Bett für zwei etwas schmal. Nicht günstig, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer und Bad keine Fenster haben, für geräuschempfindliche Menschen eher nicht geeignet, da das gesamte Haus recht hellhörig ist (mich hat es nicht gestört). Sehr schön der Pool direkt im Garten und ausreichen groß.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un logement très bien aménagé pour 5 personnes avec une vue sur la montagne. Un séjour reposant au milieu des chênes liège avec une piscine dont nous avons apprécié sa propreté et sa grandeur. Nous y reviendrons c'était superrrrrrrrrr
