Great stay, the beach was really nice, so was the apt. The apt was clean and we were able to park on site everyday. My only negative comment is the sofa was clearly stained and needs to be replace and the patio door off the primary bedroom did not work. So we were unable to use it to access the balcony. Other than that, the pools were both nice and clean and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Thank you for choosing RealJoy and for staying at Ocean Villa 1102. I’m glad you enjoyed the beach, the clean apartment, onsite parking, and the pools and jacuzzi. I apologize for the stained sofa and the patio door off the primary bedroom — thank you for bringing those to our attention. We’ve reported both items to housekeeping and maintenance for evaluation and repair. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

The beach view is fabulous!

Although we did no cooking, this place was big enough to host a nice family dinner. Simple and easy to access pool, beach and condo. No fumbling around for room key which was great for when treking back and forth with beach gear. Would definitely recommend this place.
