Stylish Oceanfront Home w/ Stunning Views Close to Acadia's Schoodic Peninsula!

Welcome to Sea Glass! We are glass artists and live here 6 months a year, sharing it on VRBO for the summer. The home is NOT a full time rental. We are always making improvements and keeping the house fun and fresh. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do when we are here and make yourself at home.

Sea Glass is a contemporary saltbox with 200 ft of private oceanfront and nestled on one and one- half acres of spruces and birch trees, uniquely situated with views of Prospect Harbor and the bold ocean. Beautifully appointed with new bedding, furniture and local art. All bedrooms have stunning views of the ocean and either a full bath ensuite or a dedicated full bath. The entire third floor is a bonus area with an art studio, place to do puzzles and play games, space to do your yoga or just catch another fantastic view from one of the three skylights. Perfect for couples with accommodations to make everyone happy.

Enjoy your coffee on the deck as you watch spectacular sunrises and the lobster boats headed out to sea. Shop at the local lobster/fish co-op and one of the many local farm markets and prepare a feast in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor patio dining area complete with Weber gas grill and lobster pot. “Wine” down your day at the “smokeless” fire pit with wood provided. Play Petanque (similar to Bocce) at the brand new court on the property. Marvel at the night sky and the Prospect Harbor AND Petit Manon lighthouses in the distance.

Sea Glass is equipped with full cable TV and access to selected streaming services. The entire house is WIFI-enabled with 300 meg of internet connectivity. Additionally, cell service, especially Verizon, is very good on the entire property and the surrounding area. Download the SONOS app to control the SONOS speakers located throughout the house.

This Spring we upgraded the water system to a state-of-the-art super-filter system which provides excellent quality water at every faucet. The home is also equipped with a whole-house generator in case of a power outage. Coastal Posh is our management company and can assist you with booking and answering questions about the property.



We are Ideally located near Schoodic Peninsula (part of Acadia National Park), the quintessential harbor town of Corea, and Winter Harbor with its quaint shops and ferry to Bar Harbor. Many local artist studios and galleries are present in the area. Hiking and biking trails are abundant. When booking with us, we will send you a welcome letter with recommendations for restaurants, trails and points of interest.
