My home is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 6 comfortably, with a maximum of 4 adults. This spacious condo recently underwent a full remodel that was completed in April, 2021.

Your family will love the location of this home, just a few blocks north of Belmont Park and nestled between serene Mission Bay and the bustle of Mission Beach’s famous shops, restaurants and strand. It is located on the "sunny side" of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day.

This unit was fully remodeled and professionally decorated in 2021 to offer a modern, coastal, and comfortable space that is ideal for a family vacation. The open concept kitchen and living room areas flow out to a spacious private patio that is perfect for enjoying meals, BBQing, and an evening beverage and conversation around the gas firepit. This home is the perfect choice for families looking for a casual and relaxing coastal vacation!

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. Mission Beach is just 15 minutes from San Diego International Airport and 15-20 minutes to SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown San Diego.

Noise Policy:

This rental is located on a quiet court in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these rules before renting.

Take out all of the trash in the unit and place them in the bins in the alley. Please tie all of the trash bags.
Turn off all lights prior to departing and make sure all of the windows and doors are locked.
Please start the dishwasher at least 1 hour before departing. Place all beach gear back in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit.

Great location. A hop skip and jump from virtually everything thatll please both kids and adults. Dont worry about bringing beach stuff as they have it all which is super helpful. Nice, quiet and relaxing place. Host was also fantastic with communication. Highly recommend.

Great Place To Stay

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. Short walks to the bay or ocean, nice restaurants around, and a cozy place to come back to bbq or just hang out on the patio. The neighborhood was nice and relaxed…we even had friends next to us. Definitely would suggest this property, and we will probably be back.

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room, newly updated, great patio, close to everything and great host! One block to the bay and two blocks to the beach, this house is perfectly located in Mission Beach. Lacy was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was in very good condition, and had all the supplies we needed for the beach, kitchen, bedrooms and patio. Great communications with rental agent including when VRBO goofed up. Could hear the upstairs renters some, as some other reviews have mentioned.

Perfect Family Week

This home is exactly as described! Super convenient location between bay and ocean. Parking is a dream (a beach rarity). Annual Mission Trip

This is a great home and look forward to renting again! We had 4 in our group and it fit us perfectly with room to spare. Super clean, large patio, very well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Located close to lots of restaurants around Belmont and east walk our bike ride for more eating / drinking options. Quiet at night and can see fire works at Sea World. We’ve been going to Mission for 7 years and it was a top rated house for us!

We had a great time at this cute little VRBO. The vrbo is stocked with a keurig and some k cups. The beach is 2 min walk. The unit was clean. Plenty of beach toys & towels. I like that there was a washer & dryer. The property mgr was responsive. There were kid cups, plates, spoons, & Tupperware. That is a nice touch for a VRBO.

Beautiful beach house

Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy your beautiful beach home. The curb appeal in the front entrance had a beach feeling and the kitchen was very nice and fully equipped with everything you need to cook or grill. The living room was very comfortable as the rest of the bedrooms were also, it also had beach chairs umbrellas, balls and lots of sand toys available. This Beach House is very centrally located to the beach and the bay and restaurants around Belmont Park. Thanks again and we are looking forward to coming out to Mission Beach and staying in this beautiful home again.

Beautiful Updated CleanHome So Close To The Beach!!

Our stay was so amazing! The owner thought about everything from Beach equipment,towels,on site laundry we literally didn’t need most of the things we thought we needed as they already had them. The ease of check in was awesome with great directions of where to park and how to get there. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach almost everyday it’s just across the street and so close to great restaurants. Usually I can think of a few things that I wish a place had but they have everything you could possibly need. This place is updated so nicely with such a homely feel! We will most definitely stay here again next time.
