Comfortable contemporary villa with swimming pool, large plot, fiber / wifi

Ideally located in a very popular hamlet with its dry stone fences, at the gates of Rodez. The villa and its very large garden (4000m2) are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, out of sight and in absolute calm.
Able to accommodate up to 10 people, the 160m2 villa with its beautiful volumes opening onto its landscaped garden offers top-of-the-range services.
Outside: large teak terrace with deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool (9X4m) is equipped with a swimming pool shelter for natural heating + safety, it is heated to 26°C in June and September by heat pump, salt treatment (no nuisance linked to chlorine).
On the ground floor: large living space, living room with modern fireplace, dining room and open kitchen (70m2); all with 4 large bay windows giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
The ground floor also has a master suite (180cm bed) with dressing room, toilet and bathroom.
Upstairs (half level): 4 bedrooms, shower room and toilet.

Une location idéale pour visiter la région

Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine chez CĂ©dric qui Ă©tait trĂšs rĂ©actif dans nos Ă©changes. Sur place, Dorian a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeant et charmant. Le logement est trĂšs spacieux et agrĂ©able, moderne et lumineux. Aucun Ă©quipement ne manque. Tous les occupants y trouvent leur place et se retrouvent dans un salon/salle Ă  manger immense. Le calme de la propriĂ©tĂ© est un atout indĂ©niable. On peut jouer dans l'immense jardin sans gĂȘner les voisins. La piscine est ensoleillĂ©e toute la journĂ©e et est couverte ce qui permet de maintenir la tempĂ©rature en cas de nuits fraĂźches. Le logement a fait l'unanimitĂ© et c'est avec un rĂ©el plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Beau gite avec chambre en bas pr mobilité reduote et piscine marche juste a cÎté. Bon accuei

Bonne qualité couchage Tranquillité. Les photos correspondantes bien a la réalité. Bon réactivé du logueur qd on rencontre 1 petit souci .gite a recommander..piscine chauffee et couvrante si besoin donc securiser et permet de se baigner si il fait 1 peu moins beau .
