Spacious private pool home, close to beaches, with many upgrades!

You won't be disappointed with this gorgeous home in Wellington Lakes, a prime location in South Fort Myers just minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach, and Sanibel Island! Close to many attractions such as Lakes Park, miniature golf, outlet malls, restaurants, water park, and shopping. Walking/biking paths located on the main streets outside the subdivision. The home was recently renovated with many new updates/amenities including new furniture. Granite countertops in all 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and counter bar. Tile showers, and hard flooring throughout. Xfinity internet and YouTube TV, games for children/adults, puzzles, and pool toys/floats provided. Large lanai with a new outdoor Samsung TV and patio furniture. Newly installed lighting in the lanai. Recently added solar heating system for pool, with electrical backup, so the pool is the perfect temperature! There is also beach umbrellas, a utility wagon, coolers, and beach chairs if you choose to visit one of the nearby beaches. New smart TV's to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. This home is one of the largest in the community with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All new linens and towels, which are provided. Plenty of room with a formal dining room, kitchen, living room and family room. The home is 6.5 miles from Fort Myers Bridge, 6 miles from Bunche Beach, and 10 miles from the Sanibel Causeway. Lakes Park is about 2 miles away which has various attractions. Castle Golf is right next door to Lakes Park. Sanibel Outlets are less than 5 miles, and Miromar Outlets (much larger) is about 20 miles away. We have close access to Publix, Super Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.

Great location. Close to everything. Plenty of room to host our family Thanksgiving Day meal for 17 people. The heated pool was a nice surprise. I also appreciated all of the light switches being clearly labeled. Would definitely rent again if the need arose.

Great for kids and extended family

Great location for our two young kids, two teens, and grandparents. Everyone had their own space and enough room in the communal areas to fit us all. The pool was so warm and refreshing, and the outdoor space was great for those needing a break from swimming. We were there for Spring Training and the location is fantastic - very quick drive to Hammond Stadium and against traffic which was nice. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

The house was very spacious with lots of comfortable furniture for hanging out and relaxing with family (7). The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a slight delay in checking in since the cleaning staff was still there, but the trip was pretty much perfect after that!

Great spacious home. We enjoyed this clean home with lots of space to be apart from each other or play games together. Host made sure we had anything we may need. Pool was very comfortable and patio had many chairs to relax or sun. Centrally located to many areas. Communication with host was excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. Weather was the icing on the cake. Would stay here again if available.

Perfect house for families

This is a fantastic place to stay. The host has thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay. The house has everything you need from towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, dishes and cooking supplies, even items for babies/toddlers. The location is close to everything, about 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is wonderful with sidewalks and a community pool. The bedrooms have TV's, closets, hangers etc. The pool is amazing with all the pool toys you would ever need and even an air pump. I cannot think of anything negative about this house. We will absolutely book this house again. The host is responsive and helpful too- no issues encountered.

Great place to stay, don't hesitate just book it! Plenty of room to spread out w/several different seating areas. Great layout for privacy, everyone will have their own space. Beds are super comfy and everything is very clean. Master has a separate a/c unit and amazing closets which makes it really nice. A/c works well everywhere! Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbor. Close to shopping and highway. Host was very responsive and lovely when we had questions. If you forced me to say anything it's that the pool decking could use a paint job but no biggie. Pool was warm but it is Florida!! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property

House was beautiful, clean and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. Shopping was close by. Bed, linens and towels all very comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Lots of paper goods but a little sparse on the spices and a potholder would be a great addition. Water and ice dispensers on the frig not working but this was a minor issue. Our only real complaint was that we were unable to use the pool for several hours after the pool man added the chlorine.

We had an issue with the house not being clean when we arrived, but it was taken care of quickly and we received a 100 refund from the owner.The house is nice and has plenty of room. TVs were great and were already 'loaded' with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were pleasant (not always the case when staying at a VRBO home). Pool was nice and heated to a great temperature.
