Renovated with new flooring, beds, and painting. This ocean view condo made us fall in love with it as soon as we walked in. The ocean views are amazing from the balcony on the 23rd floor. It's connect to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It's exquisitely decorated with the Hilton furniture package.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Finely manicured property and very clean lobby, hallways and elevator. Very convenient trash receptacle near the elevator. Excellent Hilton restaurant,Tiki bar and ocean all a short walk away. Secure parking ramp a plus also. Exceptional condo with spectacular views for a relaxing stay.

Royale Palms is our favorite place to stay when we go to Myrtle Beach. The view of the ocean from this condo was beautiful and amazing. Everything in the condo was so neat and clean. Chanda, the owner, is awesome to work with. No matter what you might need to contact her for, she immediately replies to our text messages and sees that the situation is taken care in a timely frame. On this trip, when we arrived, the refrigerator and freezer were not working. Chanda was notified and the problem was resolved quickly with a brand new one.

Wonderful location, very secure, clean, great size and great price. Communication was great and everything the way we were told. Easy access and right on the beach with beautiful views! The building was awesome except for a broken down elevator and so many guests for remaining elevators made wait times longer.

Our stay in Myrtle Beach was everything we hoped it would be…from accommodation, location, activities and weather. We were quite happy with our spacious condo at the Royal Palms. Navin and Chanda were very easy to work with and very respondent to any of our requests. This fully equipped condo was located on the beach and so close to all services and retail. It was clean and had tasteful decorating. We will recommend B2 vacations to all our friends entertaining a Myrtle Beach stay.

The Condo was very nice, great ocean view, spacious, clean and had all the necessary “ stuff” for a vacation ( towels, pots, utensils and beach gear). My family and I have been staying at Royal Palms with B2 Vacations for a few years now and it’s an amazing experience. The pool & beach access is super close to include food service and Walmart if you need it. Chanda, is always prompt, professional, polite and within 5 or 10 min response to any question you might have.

Nice Condo - Great Location

We have stayed in Royale Palms in the past but first time in this unit. This is a very nice clean condo with new TV's. Check-in and check out was easy. Owner is very responsive to questions. Loved the new big screen TV in the living area. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. There were even some cleaning supplies and laundry washing ponds for our use. There was a fitness center included with the package but it was not described in the property description....Mega Fitness Gym. There is a fun new restaurant in Kingston Plantation called "Black Drum." The only negative is you cannot get access to the amenities provided by Hilton and Embassy Suites which include party pools at both hotels, fitness centers, 78 Fitness, Pickelball & Tennis Courts. But to get access to these amenities you have to book through the hotels, which can be very expensive. We will come back.

Wonderful Stay

Condominium was extremely clean!! Owners responded immediately to our concerns. The ice maker didn't work until day 3, needs repair, clearly old and missing a part. Would also be nice to have a small place to put "hand washed" items to dry in kitchen. Building very quiet until our last two days where the tenants above us made a lot of noise, but not enough to make a complaint. The location is perfect, pool very small but we loved the beach. We will return to this unit or one with an ocean front view. Everyone very friendly and nice having the Hilton next door. It's great to know the owners will respond and truly care about their renters. Looking forward to a return soon.

Royals Palms

Everything was as described. The condo is very clean and roomy. The snack basket was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, even the pots and pans are good quality. The location is about 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing which is a great place to eat and shop. If you are looking for a casual place to eat try Mission BBQ, excellent and family friendly. We rarely had to wait for an elevator and it is a quick ride. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean, there were snacks/waters left for us, which was appreciated after traveling for the afternoon. There were plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
