Great location - especially for families w kids. 1 min from Coquina Pool. 1 min from Playground. 2 mins to walkover. Property Mgmt was responsive. House showing some signs of wear and tear but not enough to deter me from renting this property again.

Check-in was relatively easy. Loved the short walk to the beach and also enjoyed the pool. Pool hot tub jets did not work properly. House was nice and provided us with many amenities. The only inconveniences were a broken toaster and outdoor grill burners that did not work properly.
