This charming and tastefully renovated chalet will seduce you for a family stay in a quiet area near the slopes. It is ready to welcome 11 persons on 3 levels, it is composed of :

- A cosy living room with exceptional view,

- A room with two single beds with the possibility of combining them to form a double bed,

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Fireplace
Bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost in order to offer you the chalet at a competitive price. The price is 35€ for 1 single bed and 45€ for a double bed.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The strategic location of the chalet offers all types of cultural and sporting activities: skiing, snowshoeing, walking, hiking, biking, visits to the farm, Annecy and its Lake at 30 min, and many others ...

The accommodation is located :
- 11 minutes by foot from the Beauregard cross-country skiing area
- 9 minutes by car from the center of Manigod
- 4 minutes by car from the ski school

Important information: to access the chalet, chains are mandatory in case of snow/ice.

## Emplacement
Family ski resort, Manigod is located in the Aravis massif, 30 km from Annecy. This beautiful and authentic village overlooks the valley of Thônes. The Manigod ski resort, which includes the Croix Fry and Merdassier passes, is an ideal family ski resort for learning to ski - altitude 1500 m/1780 m. It is linked to the ski area of La Clusaz. In the summer, there is a place for hiking and nature discovery activities.
