About this property

The Salty Duplex (Right Side)

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, a Traeger bbq with pelllets, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is provided in the closet downstairs!

Very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Location was great. We were able to drive to california redwoods for a day, we went to crater lake another day. Lots around to do, places to eat, etc.

Heather was a wonderful host and the house and amenities were very nice. For some reason the VRBO software glitched and the check in email didn’t go out. Heather gave me all the pertinent info to find the house and gain entry. It’s a very comfortable stay in an area where the motel choices are not optimal. Thanks Heather.

This duplex was perfect for my dog competition. The duplex was spacious, very comfortable and the fenced deck and yard area for the dog was very much appreciated. The kitchen was equipped well and enjoyed having a garage area to feed the dog away from the kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Really enjoyed my stay. Really cute!

This was a really cute spot to stay the night! My kids loved running in the grassy yard, it was clean and very well socked with almost any appliance you could want! We loved it!
