Simply The Beach is a great fit for a couples or family with young kids, beach stay in this charming, fully equipped, and well appointed 500 sq. foot carriage house with a brand new Samsung 50”HD TV, Surround Sound audio system, MediaCom CableTV, and High Speed internet so you can login with your own info and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Two bikes include to ride around Hwy 30A. Free tram service to beach and pool March 1st to Oct 31st! Located on a quiet side street with nice views of the Seacrest Beach community on Hwy 30A, there are many shops, coffee bars, wine bars, donut truck, restaurants, and eateries within walking/ biking distance in Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Kitchen with full sizes refrigerator/freezer, Ice maker, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, pots/pans utensils, etc. Stacked washer/dryer in closet, very nice bathroom with full bathtub/shower. Comfortable queen sized bed, also a couch/sleeper sofa that pulls out to a twin bed. A private , covered balcony is off the living area with two deck chairs to enjoy Relaxing views of the community. Deeded access to beautiful white sand beach with community tram service from mid March to mid October, or 15 minute walk. Enjoy the 12,000 sq foot community pool with two levels, and the new poolside Seacrest Cafe for great burgers and drinks. Many green spaces include two parks, walking paths, also for biking or jogging. Two cruiser bikes are available, or rent more from many local bike shops. Rent beach chairs and umbrella at the beach.

Great Couple Getaway

Carriage House is perfect for a couples trip. Includes all things needed for a week long stay. Would definitely stay here again and Dan was great to work with from booking all the way to check out!

Perfect Couple Getaway

Perfect for a couple who don’t need a lot of space, but want a great location. The two bikes with the property make getting around easy with easy beach access and close proximity to downtown Rosemary and Seaside. Great neighborhood and the community pool is nice.

Great unit and location

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location that’s a short walk to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. The community pool was awesome - multiple pool areas and tons of seating. The unit is really nice and Dan was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again!

Peaceful

This was our first time staying in Seaside and what a bkessing it was. Location was great witheasy access to beach and shops. Quiet and peaceful. Everything g from booking to check out was easy. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice stay

Most everything about this property was lovely and convenient. It was a great location, easy to walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The property has a fantastic pool! The size of the apartment was perfect for two people! My only complaint was that the couch and loveseat were slightly over worn.

Loved our stay on 30A!

Great stay! Just what we needed with plenty of space. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Unit is close to everything and having the bikes provided was awesome. Owner communication was prompt and courteous.

Cute Carriage House

Very cute little place that is perfect for solo traveler. Convenient location. Clean and well maintained. Only downside is that the couch and chair are a bit old and not so comfortable but the bed, which is more important, was comfortable.

Since your post, I had my manager check out the couch, as no one has mentioned/complained about it before, and it appears a recent renter broke the support on one side of the couch, so we are looking into repairing/replacing. It’s actually only a year and a half old couch, but it is broken, which we now know given your comments here. I appreciate it that I can now address the issue! Thanks.

Seacrest Beach carriage house

We really enjoyed our first time stay in Seacrest Beach. The carriage house worked great and was exactly what we expected from the VRBO listing. The area is really growing and takes some patient driving for first time arrivals. A number of really nice restaurants/eating options within walking distance. Some of the best seafood we've had. We would definitely go back to Seacrest Beach.

A Great Stay in Seacrest

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Dan's place very much. You really cannot beat the location -- easy to get to the pool, beach, tram stop, and local shops/restaurants. We particularly enjoyed how much space the carriage house offered with tons of area for us to unpack (had closet space with hangers, night side table with drawers, an armoire of sorts, etc.). We also loved having a washer/dryer in unit with plenty of detergent for us! We'd definitely stay at Dan's place again in the future and would recommend to other couples.

Good Location

The neighborhood is nice and in a great location to walk to the beach or shops. The tram is helpful if you’re carrying more items to the beach. Dan communicates well. A few things were noted to him about our stay that needed attention! I do hope they are taken care of for future guest.

Clean and comfy space

Community was beautiful. Definitely was a very busy time to go (early April). Loved the small deck with 2 chairs. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing i think could have been improved were the bikes (just ok). The mattress is pretty firm too but still got the job done. Overall a very good place in prime location!

We built the house in 2005, and have loved coming to the beach all these years both during high season and off season. So much to offer down here; beautiful white sand beaches, weekend farmers markets, fishing, restaurants, shops, etc.

Why they chose this property

We have loved coming down to the beach in both off season and high season, our kids have enjoyed the family times and memories we have made there, and since the carriage house has been used very little over the years, it is a little jewel in the community.

What makes this property unique

Two free bikes provided to ride around! Samsung 50” HD TV with Surround sound audio and subwoofer. High speed internet and cable TV, so you can login with your own Netflix, Amazon Prime info. Quite location nestled in back of community. Free tram service to beach and pool March 1 - Oct 31st provided by Seacrest Beach community.
