🛏 Guest Essentials

Short-Term Stays (Under 6 nights):
We provide fresh towels, clean linens, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Long-Term Stays (6 nights or more):
We supply clean towels, bed linens, and soap at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for additional household supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, etc.

🏡 House Rules

Please help us maintain a peaceful and clean home for all guests:

• Ring cameras monitor the front and back exterior of the property
• Registered guests only — no unregistered visitors allowed
• Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events
• No pets of any kind (unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and loss of payments)
• No smoking, vaping, drugs, or marijuana anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors ($300-$2,000 sanitation fee applies if violated)
• No eating or drinking on the couch — professional cleaning fees may apply for stains
• Wash and put away all dishes before check-out (fees may apply if left dirty)
• No illegal activities
• Do not send mail or packages to the house address
• Check-in is 5:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM
• Early check-ins / late check-outs may be accommodated if available for $150
• Cleaning crew arrives promptly at 10:00 AM
• After returning from the beach, please rinse sand off in the backyard before entering the home
• No closing air vents — this disrupts HVAC system
• Do not remove or damage secured items (fees apply for broken zip ties or tampering)
• All forgotten items are the guest’s responsibility
• Please only use items designated for guests within shared spaces
• Any damages exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the guest
• Lost key fee: $150 (lock replacement required)
• Remove all garbage and recycling upon check-out; bins are located on the right side of the house
• Garbage pickup: Black bin out Monday & Thursday
• Fire pit: Welcome to bring firewood (not provided)

A professionally cleaned home, fresh towels, and clean linens are provided upon arrival.
Additional linens or towels are available upon request for an extra charge.

If the home is left excessively dirty (unwashed dishes, trash left inside, stains, etc.), additional cleaning fees will apply.
