Set in a comfortable family neighborhood, miles of Hiking and Biking Paths as well as acres of Lake Michigan beaches are just minutes away - including Kirk Park, which is adjacent to this community, and Windsnest Park - the best kept secret in West Michigan.

After enjoying your morning coffee in your cozy living room overlooking Lake Michigan take the kids for a walk along the boardwalk in beautiful Grand Haven or shopping in the quaint shops of downtown Holland. Fishing Charters out of Grand Haven and more than 90 holes of great golf courses in the area - including the All-new Jack Nicklaus signature American Dunes Championship Course - make for a family vacation you will talk about for years to come.

As this is a family neighborhood, please recognize that you will be expected to treat this home as your own. Simply put, that means no loud music and no parties. This is not the right place to come to “let loose” with your girlfriends or boys. Nice Grand Haven area property

Nice comfortable property, mix of modern and cottage feel. Two of the bedrooms could be masters. Outdoor deck area is great, feels like you are in a treehouse. Very short drive to either Kirk Park beach or a smaller, not very well known except to locals beach, Windsnest Park (highly recommended). Easy drive to either Grand Haven or Holland for dinner and shopping. Stayed two different weeks this summer, would definitely stay there again.

Great Lake Stay

We found that the local beaches were beautiful and not overly crowded. We walked to Kirk Park from the home and also visited Windsnest Park which was nearby. Both beautiful beaches. We enjoyed shopping and dining in Holland and Grand Haven which both were just minutes away. The property was as described and we had ample space for spending time together on the main floor where we soaked in the beautiful views. Brian was responsive and helpful.

Reunion Weekend

We had a great experience at this property. I rented it for friends coming into town for a reunion/birthday party in the area and they had nothing but great things to say about the house and their experience. The communication was quick and clear leading up to the stay and during.
