Beachy decor, well-appointed, and comfortable with your own heated pool. A quiet neighborhood to relax within the privacy of fence and palm tree surrounded backyard. Beach within 2 miles. Manasota Key beach is beautiful! Nature lovers will enjoy the South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve trails at the end of our street! *We just opened up our Dec 2024 and Jan 2025 calendar for winter breakers- Feb 2025 already booked.

Pool Heat Available with add'l charge, $25/day or $150/wk
Fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. Walk out the sliding doors to the patio and into the pool. Fully equipped kitchen to make most meals. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer as well. Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed. Smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms; bring your streaming accounts to log in. Patio furniture includes outdoor dining table, conversation set, lounge chairs, and a rocking chair. Outdoor shower.
Home is not child- proofed for under the age of 24 months.

We have been vacationing in the South Venice area for a few years ourselves, and fell in love with the area, beaches, activities, and friendly people!
Why they chose this property
You have your own private pool, surrounded by either fence or palm trees! The back yard provides a lot of privacy, it's almost your own little oasis from the rest of the world. This is a quiet section of the neighborhood. Close enough to enjoy all the beaches, Manasota Key, local activities and businesses, but quiet enough to get away from it all.
What makes this property unique
City water, tropical, close to beach and high speed internet!! If you have visited the area before, you know how important these are!! We are fortunate to be in this area with those benefits. If you have not been here before, let's just say the well water in many rentals is not the most desirable. Space for bringing your kayak and store securely behind the fence, yet easy to pull out and go! And yes, there are banana and pineapple plants in the yard. If you happen to stay here during season, feel free to pick some fresh fruit right off the plant!
