Amazing Vacation Rental

This home was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Florida. Our family had plenty of space, and everything we needed was found within the home. The home is extremely clean, and well cared for. Robert is a FABULOUS host, and is very attentive to his guests. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We have already started recommending this home to other family and friends looking to visit the area.

Beautiful and Clean

This house was just as described online! It was very clean, and we felt very safe. The pool was amazing, it was so nice to wake up and sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful mornings. The neighbor right next door was nice and friendly. The host/manager Robert was AWESOME! He answered all my questions right away, gave us suggestions on places to eat, he was awesome! Booking again for next year

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we booked this rental. Robert is so very welcoming and helpful. This was our first family vacation, traveling with a baby. This vacation home is in a great location, in nice neighborhood. It is close to everything. The house itself has a great layout and a large primary with on suite. The heated pool was perfect. This vacation home also came with a pack n play, high chair, baby tub,, etc which was a huge bonus for us that we did not have to travel with all that extra stuff. We can’t wait to go back.

Vacation away from the cold weather !

The house was immaculate. Large, deep heated pool. Amazing view! Take your boat, there’s a dock! Quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything! The bed was very comfortable. There is soo much room for 3 couples or family with children! Safety fence around pool area if you have small children. Tv’s in every bedroom! Robert was exceptional on meeting our every need and more. We were blessed to be able to meet him in person and felt we made a new friend❤️ The communication was exceptional from start to finish! Looking forward to coming back for a longer visit! You won’t regret making a reservation!

A Little Slice of Paradise

When you need to escape the cold and find a place to relax for a few days, look no further! Robert makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay and is quick to respond to any questions you may have. This place has all of the "must haves" - comfortable beds, a great kitchen, a spacious heated pool with inflatables, all tucked into a nice, safe little neighborhood on a canal. There are great restaurants within a 2-3 mile radius of the home, we had amazing Indian food, great Mexican, and some tasty pizza as well. Not to mention the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island are only a 30 minute drive away. Great swimming, shelling, and sun soaking. Oh, and he even has a huge bluetooth speaker (with colorful lights) and a colorful LED light in the pool for your nighttime pool party fun! Robert is a great host, look no further, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Top Notch

Let me start with this place is clean, clean, clean. Finally a place where the fans get cleaned. Never mind paying a fee when you get what you pay for. Second, the kitchen was great, utensils -plenty. Cookware like new and quality. Dishwaser, fridge, other appliances clean and worked as should. Third, the layout of the house is very spacious. Fourth, there were these extra power plug units throughout the bedrooms that took USB and power. Never ran out of charging opportunities. It's the little details that make it quality. Next, the bedrooms were very good size. The master shower could have been bigger but the dual vanity area was huge. My wife and I could actually occupy at same time and not over crowd each other. Finally, the best part. The pool. The pool was less then 10 feet from the living room. It was heated upon arrival and clean. It made for the perfect stay. The owner, Robert even came by to service the pool and take the trash cans to curb. Great service As for the communication, outstanding. Provided all necessary information and was quick and to the point. Very professional rental. I would/will stay here again. We'll worth your hard earned money.

Our stay was flawless from booking through checkout. Every detail was taken care of allowing you to just check in and enjoy your stay. To say the property was clean would be an understatement. Every member of our party was blown away by how immaculate the property was. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path but minutes away from anything you might need. Any and all questions were addressed by Robert who was an is an excellent hosts! I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and tranquil get away.

This home is amazing

This home is amazing, the neighborhood is friendly and quiet the home is all updated and had all the creature comforts of home. Large TVs in every room comfy beds and just a great fit for any family. My kids loved the pool and being on the canal. The communication with the host was great and I got the chance to meet with him really nice and friendly guy. The home was spotless clean new appliances and Robert the host had pool toys right next to the pool for my kids to play with upon arrival and asked us if we wanted himto put up the safety fence for the pool. The home is stocked with everything u forgot at the grocery store from spices coffee paper cups to laundry detergent. This home really did have it all and my family loved it. Thank you Robert and family for sharing your beautiful home with my family.
