Treat yourself to a unique Mid-Century Modern meets Hawaii-inspired vibe as you relax, unwind, and recharge. The condo has recently been renovated and updated. It comes with everything you need to feel right at home. Relax on the shaded north-facing lanai (deck) and enjoy the expansive fairway and Kohala mountain views. On-site amenities include a heated infinity pool, hot tub, and a well-equipped exercise area. Two championship golf courses are open to the public. The condo is located in the sunny Waikoloa Beach Resort area, away from the bustle of Kona but still an easy drive to the airport and beaches.

You'll also enjoy the newly remodeled (2022) full bathrooms. The en-suite master bathroom feels like a luxury spa with a spacious walk-in shower.
The newly remodeled (2022) & well-equipped kitchen has new appliances and countertops, including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, and much more. You'll appreciate the new dishwasher along with the new range and microwave oven.
The main living room has a new sofa (2022) and two super-comfy reclining chairs to melt into.
The bonus loft is perfect for kids or grandchildren or as a space for reading & relaxing.
In case you do want to plug in, you'll have everything you need: Fast WiFi throughout, and convenient USB charging plugs in every room.
There are TVs in the main room, guest bedroom, & loft.
Listen to your favorite Spotify playlists on the Sonos speakers in the main room.
Convert the guest bedroom or loft into a remote office or distance learning space. The guest bedroom has a comfortable, ergonomic mesh chair and desk.

Property Notes: The home is protected by a video doorbell that does NOT record conversation. Guests will not have access to the doorbell feed. Park in any non-reserved visitor parking space. A parking pass is required and will be left inside the unit to use during your stay. Due to the extreme cost of electricity, this unit uses a smart thermostat that provides comfortable cooling between 74 and 85 degrees.

Minimum nights vary seasonally between 5 - 10 nights. Unit is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Great location!
Stayed in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, location is walking distance to pool, shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach and beautiful resorts to explore. There are many beaches and sites to see within 10-20 min drive. The accomodations were just as described, beds were super comfortable! Our group was 15 and we rented 3 places in Fariway Villas and it was perfect for our group as we could walk between the places in a couple minutes, meet at the pool and if anyone wanted to go shopping or for ice cream they could walk there in a couple minutes, driving was not needed, worked perfectly for our group. Will definitely be back!

No surprises
Property was clean and everything as expected. Some consumables were included--everything was almost enough. We ended up buying a big container of laundry detergent for the last day And toilet paper for the the last 2 days. Ran out of trash bags and dish washer soap. Seems a bit on the stingy side when we spend over $3k for a week and they don't don't put $5 more worth of supplies. Location is close to everything you need albeit at inflated prices compared to Kona. Gas for example was 5.19 most places on the island but 5.60 next to the condo. Food was similar. We went to Kona enough to avoid most of these prices. Lots of beach variety withing 20 to 30 minutes. Biggest problem was the thermostat being limited to 73 degrees at the coolest. Most of the time, it wasn't a problem, but there were 2 times that heat was way too much in the condo. Not sure if that was due to programming of the thermostat or not. l wasnt too cold in October. Some pools are miserable on the island, this one was perfect. The hot tub says $250 fine if you let kids under 12 in the hot tub. Pretty evil to not let kids warm up. They should probably read up on hypothermia in places like Miami. Kids often stay in a pool so long they get hospitalized from their body temps dropping. My research found way more instances of this problem than kids in hot tubs. Perhaps they should have a sign saying no elderly people in the hot tub because data shows elderly seemed to be at greater risk than kids.

Condo just as described. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, resorts and beach. Condo was clean, had excellent amenities, and loved the loft...gave the kids their own space. Definitely. Highly recommend!

This property is perfectly located within walking distance of Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace, and A Bay beach. We walked everywhere. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and toys which we greatly appreciated! The unit is updated and well stocked with attention to detail. We had everything we needed and more. Our teens loved the pool best. Heated, perfect size, and a nice view of the lake. They also loved the privacy and decor of the loft area. We feel we got extremely lucky to have found this property and highly recommend it!

Family vacation
We had a great trip.The property overlooked the golf course from our lanai. On the other side right across the street was the pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. The only thing missing was a TV in master bedroom. At night I wind down in my bed while watching a little tv. Other than that condo had everything we needed. Spiral staircase up to loft area can be a little tricky for young ones.
