This is a great room for the kids.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway is a full bath with tub and shower combination.

The center room on the oceanfront side of this lower level is the laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a full-size secondary refrigerator. From this room you will also have access out to a lower level oceanfront deck area where you will find plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large 6-person HOT TUB. Sit back and relax in the bubbling water while enjoying your favorite beverage and listening to the sounds of the ocean as the waves crash along the shoreline.
